Archie was very friendly and helpful in bringing in multiple products in our size for try them on. He also suggested different clothes that we might like. We bought nice clothes and shoes from this store and had a good experience. I took one star out because the store had no AC at the men’s section, and we were sweating a lot.

Absolutely horrible service. I came there to buy some watch, the lady that kind of was”helping me” was rude and unprofessional. She was looking at her phone while talking with me and really didn’t feel like she is trying to help . The model of the watch wasn’t in the store, I showed the model that I want and ask her if she can order it for me, she said “you can order it” and was keeping checking her Instagram. Lol, ok thanks for telling me . They definitely need to train their people and make them be interested in sails.

Easily the worst store on Rodeo Drive that contains, in all honesty, the most aggressive, rude, incompetent, unresponsive, and just absolutely intolerable staff I’ve ever encountered during my 15 years of shopping haute couture around the world. The only cool people at Fendi Rodeo are the security personnel at the entrance. The rest: Archie, Amir, Hugo, Jody, etc. are all equally reprehensible. Many of them also work at the Beverly Center boutique (which is a shame because I LOVED that store back around 2012 to 2014-needless to say they weren’t working there then).These cretins will yell at you, hang up on you, laugh at you, and are honestly just flat out nauseating and morally depraved. I’ve spent a lot of money on things over the years at every major fashion house you can think of, most of which was probably a bad investment. But, the “experience” of shopping in haute couture stores used to be fun-like having a glass of champagne in the lobby of a Ritz-Carlton before you check into your room. Now, places like this joint exist that are akin to a club house for a bunch of caustic nobodies that get off on being jerks to customers.They are about as inviting as a kick to the groin and have the personality of someone who peaked in high school. Which is, in all likelihood, the truth given that their behavior reeks of insecurity. Despite being around all that pricey stuff all day and feeling all entitled and “important” because of it, they still have to drive home to their studio apartment in a busted Honda Civic. Stay away from this place. No “trendy” item is worth dealing with these reprehensible children for. Plus, Fendi hasn’t been that trendy....In fact, it’s kind of corny, nowadays...

Not even one star deserve this Luxury brand. Spend almost 800 in sunglasses 6 months ago and they can’t even adjust it 6 mo after. Not the best service expected.

This is the best Fendi store and best store overall at Rodeo Drive. They have a wide and nice collection. Customer service was amazing and the employee by the name of Ross was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this store. Thank you Ross!

The best Fendi stores I’ve been to. I know some of the reviews are about bad customer service but I actually had a great time. Archie was the sales person that assisted me. I got a few sweaters and jackets and he was nice enough to give me a booklet with all the new items. The store is a little bit small though, so don’t be surprised if they don’t have a great selection.

I experienced the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. When I first brought my bag they could not find me in a system. Gabriella said that she will fix it and will call me when she will find me in a computer. I called the store l and left numerous messages for Gabriella and she never call me back. I emailed original documents for my bag and nobody ever responded me. A month later I came back to the store because I couldnt reach anybody nobody could help me -again they could not find me in the system even after I send them all the original documents. After two months I came back to the store again and the bag was not fixed. First they told me it takes six weeks. 3D month when I came back they told me it takes 12 weeks to fix it. Then I called 4th month they said it takes 16 weeks. I dropped off my bag December 3, 2015. I picked up my bag June 10, 2016. Their email is not working and people that work there never return their phone calls. when I asked employees please dont forget to tell in accessories section my friend will pick up my bag. No one was aware when my friend came.

They didn’t have what I needed, but Claudia was quick & nice, w/ asking another store for me to see, will be working w/ her in the future.

Absolutely the worsttttttttttt service I ever received in my LIFE . I ordered items on July 16 with Archie at this store . It’s August 6th and all I’ve been getting is ignored texts from Archie for 3 weeks . Placed on hold for 3 weeks . Manager is in a meeting and/or on break for 3 weeks . I was supposed to get my item in 3 days after spending over $3,000 in this store but it’s been 3 weeks . Now when I ask for a refund, all of a sudden, “it shipped out Friday” . If it shipped out Friday, how come when I called and texted on Thursday, I wasn’t told that ?, the coworkers and managers are doing some type of fraud pyramid scheme in there because everytime I’m put on hold no one answers . So now when I called from 2 different phones while one is on hold, Archie answers the 2nd one and ignored the one on hold not knowing it was my boyfriend. He lied saying his name was Richie . But I know his voice . And only he can issue a refund. Not Richie, whoever that is. I just can’t believe such a high end store has such HORRIBLE service . I will NEVERRRRRRRRR shop here again and I will neverrrrr recommend or wish this type of run around on my worst enemy after holding onto my $3,000 . Disgusting

The worst service Ive ever received. I was looking for a specific shoe, the sales associate said she called another store and they confirmed they would ship it. she told me it would come a specific day. I go into the store the day she said it would be delivered and they couldnt find the shoe. apparently the other store didnt ship the shoe, and in fact they sold it. Horrible communication within the company and the sales associate didnt even follow up to tell me the shoe was not delivered, had I known I wouldnt have gone all the way to the store with the expectation to pick it up. I expect more from a luxury sales associate
