As a mature person, I have been to many Optometrists over the years. And knowing that I have a very complex contact lens prescription I was not expecting much improvement. However, from the moment I stepped off of the elevator I was blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and expertise of everyone I came in contact with. First off the office is state of the art and has a very protective COVID protocol in place. The receptionist had my paperwork ready to go. The Technicians were friendly and demonstrated a very high level of knowledge. And then Dr. Bradley Richlin was the final touch of relaxed competence that sealed the deal for me and let me know that I had found the best place for my Optometric needs. I can’t heap enough praise on this Office and everyone in it. I have already begun recommending them to friends and family.

Fantastic Dr. Richlin (Junior, I believe) was so positive and so upbeat, that he made the whole thing fun. Also he was gracious enough to have one of his team tighten a pair of glasses Id brought in for his inspection, even though I didnt purchase them there. Very clean, very efficient, zero wait time. Excellent experience all the way around!

Excellent first visit. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Dr. Bradley impressed me as very careful, concerned and competent. Hes not like others, who only want to get into my wallet: he recommended NOT buying expensive glasses and NOT having surgery to correct my vision problems at this time! Highly recommended!

The office has a terrific atmosphere, and everyone seems happy to be there - which makes it so nice to come in for a visit. I will be staying for all my eye care needs!

Everyone is very accommodating and you will feel at ease because they give you as much help as possible with whatever questions you may have. Dr. Bradley is incredibly insightful when it comes to his analysis of your eye health and he and his staff are fully equipped with the technology to not only be as informed before providing treatment but he also focuses on preventative measures to make sure that your eyes are as healthy as possible. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Dr. Richlin has looked after our family for over twenty years. The staff are first rate, and very friendly. As an example of how much they care I had an emergency last week on July 4th and Dr. Glass very kindly saw to a limey in the office on a Sunday on that National Holiday.

When I made the appointment several days before August 27, I asked the person on the phone to check if I was eligible for frames and lenses through my insurance – VSP. She assured me it will be all fine.After my brief check-up with Dr. Lau, when I chose glasses and started getting the pricing together in the Eye Glasses department, I was THEN told that I was eligible for frames but NOT lenses. Now I know that I am not eligible for lenses until December.When I explained that I was not correctly informed at the time that I made the appointment, I further explained that I would not have gotten my eye exam until December, if I had been given the right information over the phone.I was then told that if I were to re-check my eyes in December when Im eligible for lenses, it would cost $50 more. As Dr. Lau did not dilate my eyes on this last appointment, and I cant get lenses until December, I think it would be fair for Dr. Lao to dilate my eyes and re-check my prescription in December free of charge.I have been a patient with Richlin Associates for many years and have sent several of my friends to do many years worth of business with you.I think it would be useful if you would recheck my eyes in December free of charge, and even more useful for your associates who make appointments over the phone to check eligibilities for the customer more conscientiously so as not to provide inaccurate information about costs and eligibility of services.Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Staff were excellent, I really liked working with the optometrist and the inside staff. Got off to a start that felt a little off-key, with the front desk staff being a bit aggressive about my choices for the visit. I dont usually get asked why I choose not to opt in to an elective part of the visit. I felt like there was some undue pressure placed on me that was unwelcome. But other than that, I really enjoyed the visit.

The Best Eye Doctors in Los Angeles

I went to the office for my exam because I didn’t pass my DMV vision test - thinking I just needed some cute glasses for driving.Because this office is thorough, Dr. Lau insisted on a full exam, dilated my eyes, used the photo machines and discovered I had a detached retina in my right eye !!Because Dr Lau felt the urgency of my situation he requested his colleague operate on my eye the NEXT DAY! The specialist reattached my retina, and i’m so thankful that Dr. Lau knew what was best for the health of my eyes and vision.Thank you most profoundly, Dr. Lau!

Hands down the most complete, technologically impressive eye exam Ive had in the last 40 years wearing glasses. Until today, Ive been a patient at a Beverly Hills ophthalmology practice which I now realize doesnt compare (in any way whatsoever) to Richlin and Associates. Prior refractions were noticeably rushed (and I mean like 5 minutes) and resulted in inaccurate prescriptions and blurry vision. Dr. Glass was simply amazing. She spent almost an hour running every conceivable test and ultimately refining a new prescription until she was able to generate the best correction possible. It was refreshing to feel like the optometrist actually cared to provide not just a prescription but the best prescription. We ended with Dr. Glass using her digital refractor to compare the prescription I was given 6 weeks ago by the ophthalmologist office and the new prescription she generated. It was the difference between blurry and clear. I cant wait to actually see clearly again....thanks to Dr. Glass.The office runs flawlessly, like a well oiled machine. From impressive Covid compliance to the various techs and office staff. Everybody is super pleasant, seemingly very happy at work and it shows.LESSON LEARNED: I will only see the optometrists at Richlin and Associates for eye health.

What an amazing experience with Dr. Richlin. The hardest thing for me and my little girls when we visit a doctor of any kind is to proceed without complications.
