I see a few comments of people having issues with the Fanatec support team. I recently had an issue with one of their products and when I contacted them they were quick to resolve my issue and more... I am very pleased with my Fanatec experience.

Dont buy from this place, you pay for new pricey items and you get used or refurbished. F this. All the people who review there products are influencers so it in their convenience to send them impeccable items to them, to us normal folks, we get the shaft.

Updated as of 3/24/21 Ive done placed few more orders since this comment and all orders have been here an pretty fast considering where i live on the other side of usa Md..No issues with missing parts,forgotten parts. So all this writing below was before the update. was a lil worried with reading some of comments bout credit cards being charged extra and items never being shipped etc. I guess I got lucky cause I placed an order on late Friday night and got here few days later

Took a while to get the tracking number but was understandable due to likely high demand and the pandemic, but overall happy with the experience.

They have great customer service, product, and pricing. You need to call the German number from 2-4 pm central German time for support. They are very helpful and answer immediately. My order shipped within 3-4 days of ordering. I ordered a DD2 base station, podium hub, VS2 pedals, and a wheel.

I ordered some CSP V3 pedals and a performance kit to go with my CSL elite abs I already own ya it took a while from the time I bought it too the time I got it but LA is where there located and is one of the worst hit places in the US by Covid-19 and that’s why shipping is so slow atm there not a German scam I’ve spent well over $1K with fanatec just this year my first order was right before the pandemic I got my tree five days after I ordered it so all you ppl out there waiting your stuff is coming I didn’t get a tracking number because of covid not only that fed ex put 1 package on one truck and the other package on a different truck lol I get my performance pack tomorrow got pedals today

The slowest and most unresponsive online shopping experience I have ever had.They are quick to take your money. But, they are slow to provide a tracking number. They are slow to reply to emails. I cannot believe that it takes 7 to 14 days to provide an item to FedEx when it is in stock, or reply to an email.Be prepared to wait a long time for your order. Not good enough.

Dont buy Fanatec they will send you broken products and ignore you when you ask for help replacing the products

DONT ever buy FANATEC if you live in the US. I wish I would of known who was shipping out their products. I paid money for a product that never showed up. I reached out multiple times to different companies dealing with Fanatec, and no response. Horrible

I was charged for an order that never completed because the fanatec site crashed. I cant contact anyone to resolve the charge.Update: I was contacted by the team and refunded the amount in a timely manner

Bought a Fanatec starter kit from them and got billed twice. I thought they might not process the second charge but they did. I emailed customer care and got no response.Update:They did respond to me after a couple of days and refunded the amount. Also, the shipment came on time.

I bought $3500 worth of items, including a dd2 wheelbase ($1600 dollars), and my order showed up with everything but the dd2 wheelbase. So far I have been unable to get a response via forum, 3 different email lines, the german phone number, and the phone number for endor usa llc.Please help me if you read this. I was given no tracking information so I cant even communicate with the postal service.

They wont answer calls or emails and will not ship items that are in stock on the website. Ordered weeks ago and despite many attempts to contact them I havent heard anything. Also the google listed phone number has been disconnected.

The WORST shopping experience i EVER had online, even buying socks from a 15 years old on Shopfy is better than this. Made my order May 21st and till now no response at all, tried directly with Fanatec in Germany, With Endor, Tried every number they have online, emails, social media, not ONE single reponse, not ONE single bit of attention or care with their clients. Yeah covid can be an excuse but is hard to have ONE employee on the phone or answering emails? I will change this review if things get better but looking on the reviews here I dont think they really care much.UPDATE:After a lot of waiting they replied my email and told me the product was going to be delivered only in October, I canceled my order and took two weeks to get my money back. WE NEED to make a report to the authorities somehow is unexceptionable a Germany company treating American consumers like that.DONT BUY FANATEC!

Ive requested to cancel my order days ago on an order that hasnt been shipped out yet and was told that because the order has been processed it cannot be canceled!Ive worked in logistics and e-commerce for years and this is just embarrassing the level of customer service you provide.

I ordered a part from fanatec. Its going on a month and a week. I got the wrong part a week after ordering it. I had to send it to the customer who ordered it myself. They ignore emails never answer a phone and totally disrespect consumers. Still waiting on myPart that I paid for. If you think it wont happen to you, I promise you it will. Still waiting for my part.

I have never been there, shopped on line for their products, and I do not know what they sell or make. But, THEY HAVE BILLED MY CITIBANK CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES FOR $868.86. IT IS A CALIFORNIA SCAM!!

I am seeing the same issue on these reviews as with my experience. I have been emailing the parent company which is out of Germany. What I learned is that if you are anywhere but Germany you are on your own. Zero customer support in the USA. I think the Endor is simply a supply chain for Fanantec. Its too bad. Terrible customer service, so far theyve cost me over a hundred dollars in bank fees. At first I thought the double charge was a computer issue, but if it has happened too this many people, this many times, management is either inept, or trying to swindle people. Fanatec needs to seriously reconsider who they do business with in the US.

The Fanatec side of Endor USa...is complete trash. I havent recivied a call back after laving voicemails no one to answer the phones during what you may think are business hours. Zero Customer support provided took money and ran
