Terrible customer experience. Before making 45 minute journey from my home this Sunday; checked business hours. Showed up half an hour before closing time (430). Store appeared to be open but nobody was inside.Tried calling, no answer.Left message, about twenty minutes later got a series of call backs but silence on end of the line. Was looking forward to buying a wedding gift for my wife here, will be looking elsewhere.

Great customer service and products. I was sent in here by my boss to buy a wedding present for her friends. I was immediately greeted by somebody was standing outside who took me inside and proceeded to show me things based off of what I told her I was interested in. She was very very very kind and at some point she had to call her manager out to find an item which he had to have ordered from a different store it came the very next day. They had it wrapped for me and ready and they went above and beyond and were completely professional kind and helpful the entire time. Depending on what youre looking for the store could very well be perfect for you but you can rest assured that you will be treated with the upmost respect II that you walk in the door and if you do leave purchasing something you can also rest assured knowing that you will be happy with your purchase and the time spent.
