My posting this, as the owner, is not an attempt to over-inflate the company rating. I did so merely to cancel out the false and malicious review that was posted by someone (obviously) speaking for a disgruntled former employee. Before passing judgment, all I ask is that you read the review, and imagine a customer posting such utter nonsense. Good customer service starts at the top. Rain Master Irrigation was in our neighborhood winterizing our neighbors lawn. We asked him for a price and he immediately winterized our system. Quick, clean, reasonably priced and professional. No complaints. We’ll call them next year!

The person who normally winterizes my sprinkler system was not able to do it, so I called Rainmaster in a pinch to see if someone could come out. They were very professional and came out the same day! I really appreciate the service at a time I needed it most!

Can honestly say Im disgusted! Owner (Paul Hollow) is about as depraved as they come. I could go all day about how unorganized, unprofessional, and flat-out AWFUL this company is. Says hes been in business 25 years but never has the same crew. Van looks like a death trap. Employees were the only plus! They were kind, hard working, and diligent. The owner lacks communication, and overworks his hard-working employees. Ill never go with this company again and i hope no one ever does!

Saw him in the neighborhood and asked if he could winterize the sprinklers, jumped right in after he was done with the other customer with a good price and saved me a bunch of time by not having to schedule an appointment and shop prices
