Found out I had cancer and needed a recliner because the cancer affected my lying down. Not only were the staff compassionate they delivered me the recliner the same day saving me more agonizing pain and difficulty with getting up. Thank you for your caring and compassionate staff.

Best crew of guys that I’ve worked with! Helped me out and delivered it for free. The manager Freddy was prompt with my delivery and discounted a item for me. Freddy was patient with me and helped me with the application process. Set up the auto pay app for me! These guys were very, very, flexible.

This location is the worst yet .I have dealt with other RAC locations in the past and never this bad ! I thought Beverly would be more professional than Dorchester and I was sooooo wrong ! Beverly is actually the worst over Lynn and Dorchester sites ! They all hound you for payment even before its due .just recently I was stalked for a $12 payment literally ! Which wasnt even my fault. I had just paid $430, not realizing they didnt add the $12 for a new item I leased ! So I was hounded for $12 and was threatened for repossession behind $12 !! This location is really dissapointing . I expected better for Beverly .this is just one story, I have a few more stories due to this location. I promise you will be dissapointed_ Im sure there is nothing good to say about this location and most likely the workers that write those 5 star reviews, .

I dont know what these other people are talking about. The manager Freddie has always been professional, courteous, and most of all patient. My impression of these guys is that if you work with them they will work with you. It is what it is folks, RAC is high interest rental place. You see the rental interests when you sign the agreement. And yes... if you are late on a payment they will call you because that is their job. Dont want them to call? Then make your payments on time. If you cant then call them and try to work something out. They have always been accommodating when I have fallen short or needed an extension on a payment. Sure the company takes advantage of people with bad or no credit, but if that bothers you then dont use them. But dont blame the location or the employees for following company protocol. They got jobs just like you do. But of you DO have bad credit and are willing to pay a extra to get what you want or need then I would always suggest this place.

Terrible business. These guys, this location in particular..are some of the epitome of bad in the rental business. The manager freddie, is one of the biggest charlatans around, not worthy of his title. I have been in this dirty store before and heard him say to another potential employee that he hated working at the store and could see himself leaving soon. Very professional...not.Funny how he said such things and is still there causing havoc. I am not sure why or how the higher ups keep this man around. They had a young lady that worked there sometime ago that left due to sexual harassment and the lack of professionalism at this location.With all the lying, profanity laced words, and bad business ethics, it is no wonder why rent a center is being acquired by another company, Aarons, I believe. So despite the few decent reviews this store might have had, I would not recommend this location to anyone to work or to do business with. Trust me our money can be spent someplace else.

Id leave no stars if that was an option. They take your money, dont order what u asked for, send the wrong products if and when they decide to show up at your house and then the delivery people throw the merchandise around your house while attempting to assemble them. They have no idea about customer service or how to treat a customer, esp one who has given them business before. Since freddie has taken over the place has turned into a dimestore junk service and the citynof beverly deserves higher class people and services on pur city streets rather than these circus clowns who rip u off and then lie to cover there tracks. Honesty is not their policy and after spending thousands in their store i wouldnt touch a kleenex if they tried to sell me one.

Wretched customer service skills, heaven forbid you ever late on a payment, actually called in once and heard them mocking another customer, swearing and bad mouthing them, and it wasnt like they didnt know there was someone on the phone as the phone rang on their end. never using again, never recommending to any one again. do not use this office.

Please people whatever you do do not rent from this place I rented a TV worth $900 to them then I looked it up online and the TVs only $140 in stores
