I am new to the area and when my car abruptly broke down we were able to tow the car over to Meineke and they looked at it the next day. With all the problems that it had with it, the amazing team at Meineke had my car fixed in a day! The guys there were thorough and communicated greatly with my family and I. I highly recommend the team at Meineke, they care about not only the car but the person as well which is much needed in times of stress with cars!!

I’m very happy with the quality and service that I received for my Jeep Wrangler. At 130K miles, I was expecting the worse when my rear brakes began making intermittent noise. Josie was friendly and professional and followed up by phone as promised with the diagnosis and price quote. As others have reviewed, there was no upsell at all. The problem was the parking brake completely froze and would occasionally bind and stick causing the noise. I’m not surprised considering the exposure to eight years of New England weather and road salt! New parking brake shoes and hardware, and now the Jeep is running much smoother and the parking brake holds and releases fully. And I also had a TPM replaced and got an inspection sticker. All for a very reasonable cost. I will certainly become a repeat customer. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism that I experienced with this Meineke.

I had a 1230 appointment but had to wait because they all were at lunch, but it wasnt a big deal as they were quick to take it in. I had to pay a lot more for my oil change (had a coupon for synthetic oil change for $59) than coupon stated, I ended up paying $117!! I own a Mercedes and the employee told me the extra cost was due to special oil and filter! Ok.... Then after paying I had to wait cause a delivery truck was blocking my car in the bay! You cant make this stuff up! They did a great job overall though and the employee was super professional and courteous.

I went for an inspection sticker. They let me know I just needed a small light bulb replaced and I was on my way. Very friendly and good service. I will be back.

MyDaughter took her car there i always use Vavoline in my home town. But her college was near by and she needed an oil change. Less than 3000 miles later she had come hone from college. I notice an oil spot about 8 inches around under her car . I checked her oil it was low. So i took it to Vavoline They asked where to you have your oil changed last. Meineke was the last, the sticker was even on the window. They told me the used the wrong plug and even cut a bolt of some sort and double washered the plug also using the wrong Oil Filter. They Advised me to replace the oil pan due to the threads being ruined This place was extremely unprofessional. Im contacting them with this issue to see what they will do. To be continued. Scott D. Well the owner Chris had called me and with no actual proof like a video, he swears they were not responsible for the bad plug. But he was willing to have it fixed. I was happy for the end result. Had a flat tire and called Meineke to see if they had time to check it out. Josie was amazing- took a look at the car right away and ordered the new tire which came within 24 hours. The team put my tire on and did my annual inspection within 45 minutes.They understand a customers need to get in and get out and they took care of everything quickly. I was so appreciative of their efficiency!

Terrible experience. My mom brought her Subaru Tribeca for a muffler repair. Come to find out they never replaced it! They welded it! I discovered it after having another issue where the Liberty adjuster inspected my car. I paid over $600 for this replacement! This is theft. I’ve also reported to BBB. This is not ok. Do not do business with this meineke. A friend also had an issue like this and he also had to call the state and reported to BBB. Warning you all so that the same does not happen to you.

These guys were great! My caliper seized when I was picking up my daughter from college and live an hour and a half away. They took us in immediately, and within an hour we were on our way home for the Thanksgiving holiday. I would highly recommend.

They surprised me when they took it into the shop immediately and then offered to repair it rIght then if I was willing to wait. This is the second time I have used then and will be going back! I had to have a diagnostic test done to see what the issue was so I could get my vehicle registration tags. They found the problem, fixed it and did my emisions test. They also told me my passenger side front end was shaking a little bit, but I could hold off on that repair. I really appreciate them getting my car back on the road and only fixing what was absolutely needed. I recommend this place highly.

The Meineke team in Beverly are excellent. Chris thoroughly explained everything that went into the full brake service for my 2014 Audi Q5. They used all the specified OEM parts as required by the VIN and made sure the job was done correctly the 1st time. This team will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and get extraordinary service. I will absolutely use them again!

This place was recommended by my mechanic at Autohaus in Salem. I had a great experience making appointments with Josie. On the day of my appointment they were about 25 mins late to grab my car but Josie did warn me. They looked over my fluids, topped off tires, and overall they were kind. They told me some point soon I’d need tires. I expressed concern on brake pads and they say my brake pads are fine (many places would take that opportunity to get you new ones!) Would recommend!

Josie and her staff were honest and helped me determine if i had some brake and tire issues and a broken windshield nozzle which they ruled out and didn’t try make money off me for the sake of making a buck. I will be using them again for my auto repair needs!

They charged us 68.00 for an air filter and 500.00 to do the front brakes where other places we have gone only charged us 10.00 for an air filter and 324.00 for brakes. I’m deeply saddened by the amount they charged us for these services as we will not be going back there now.

I just came for an inspection. It was quick and easy. The only complaint is that they didn’t use gloves or wipe down the car. I don’t think the guy who took the car even wore a mask. With the Covid situation, that’s a must.

My alternator belt broke and Meinicke replaced it. They checked the pulleys to ensure the bearing and tensioner worked. They also pointed out a broken air conditioning line in need of future replacement.

I had originally made an appointment with a custom exhaust shop to repair my exhaust, but once they saw that the truck was a turbo diesel they did not want to do the job because their lift could not handle the weight of the truck. So I knew Meineke was on my way home and stopped in to make an appointment. Once there they were very professional, and told me they could fit me right in. The owner kept me updated with the progress of my truck as they had to find 3 1/2” pipe for the repair (this is a custom exhaust).I was overly pleased with the care and pride taken in the work done. This is a rarity these days. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

The Meineke location on Rantoul Street is a special place. Not only are their mechanics skilled but they also have a customer service focus that stands out. They even have a customer service expert check you in when you get there and, in my experience where I called this location first before arriving, was kind and did not rush me off the phone.

I was early for the appt. They got me in. Checked my brakes, changed air filter, oil changed, and an inspection sticker. Workers were friendly and helpful.

Everyone that works here is extremely kind and friendly and funny. I went here for a simple inspection sticker and I was out the door in a half hour. Tim was in the office where I waited and he made my time there a great one. We had conversation and he was very funny and made me feel welcome. Went here today. The guy working the front counter who seems to be in charge is aggressive, rude, and forceful. I went up the street got 4 tires for $350 vs $669 that they wanted to charge me. They also wouldnt give me a quote over the phone for tires which is the only place out of 3 that said that. Also called here 3 or so months ago to get quotes on brakes and same scenario, so it wasnt an isolated event. My wife and daughter were in there a few weeks ago to do an inspection sticker and she had a terrible experience and they were not considerate of her time at all. We have a 3 month year old guys... you have to be considerate of that. Bottom line: price too expensive. Service terrible. Jiffy lube is fast, affordable, and super friendly. I can imagine many other people have experienced something similar since it was not an isolated bad day. Advice to company: hire someone who is patient and kind. I can imagine this impacts their financials big time. Also, you cant make this up he said I would be hard pressed to sell you these tires since they are low end/ bottom shelf anyways

They really care about quality workmanship.2/10/20: Meineke in Beverly has been caring for all of my cars’ maintenance and repairs for over 12 years, but recently we ran into a communication issue. They went above and beyond to make it right. They demonstrated great integrity and care. I highly recommend them for servicing and repair.

Always honest and trustworthy. I know I’m always getting the best combination of service and price. I go there for everything from little rattles to regular maintenance and major repairs. I know my car will always be fixed right the first time. And if they can’t/ won’t do the repair there, their referrals are just as good.It’s peace of mind for a girl far from her family who knows nothing about cars.Don’t waste time being taken advantage of. Just go there first and every time.

Did a very good job. Was very professional. And they did something that a lot of mechanics don’t do any more which is sad! They actually took my car for a five minute ride to make sure they fixed it correctly. I would give 5 stars except it was a little pricey. However, I’m bringing my wife’s Nissan To be fixed.

I had a very good experience getting my car inspected at Meinicke on Rantoul Street in Beverly Massachusetts. I called at the end of last week and got very clear directions to comply with Covid rules I want I needed to do. I came in on Tuesday. You took about 30 minutes for them to do the inspection. Great experience.

Went to Meineke Beverly MA for change of all four tires. Tim gave me a reasonable time frame in which the job would be done, and the shop even beat that time. The tires, cheap for the performance, are fantastic, my car has never driven as well around corners. The enhanced driving experience has been a real and welcome surprise.
