I have had an excellent experience at this storage facility so far. Today I needed help moving out something very heavy and Peter who works there offered to carry it all the way down for me. He was so generous and helpful. I really appreciated it! This place is wonderful.

I had a storage unit for 6 years and unexpectedly had to move out due to company changing policies.I searched high and low and came across this gem. This unit is in a very quiet place and is low key which is what I was looking for. The rep I worked with was super nice and laid back.Once i saw the unit, i immediately reserved and the rep made the super easy as well.2 months later I am still very pleased. Best decision i ever made.

I enjoyed every aspect of this. I was able to find what I needed, and work easily with staff who worked with me each time I have given my own, and so they do their job and all I had to do was ask. Perfect.A wonderfully watched storage area with plenty of space.I wish said employees were allowed a little more space to encourage rest in the midst. Breaks when working alone are always more difficult. Perhaps its resolvable perhaps it isnt. Either way I appreciated word and resolve that someone would be there if I called first and scheduled a round about time to be there.Thank you.

Peter at the Beverly,MA location is the man! When we initially got the unit it was a whole cluster of confusion! But Peter and the other gentleman working were not only helpful but they were funny, friendly and made it easy to fix it all! Today we went to empty and close our unit. There was a huge moving party around back where the elevator is that we needed. Front one was broken. BUT, Peter being the awesome guy that he is, brought us back 2 empty extra loading carts to use and my sister and I were able to make our 2 trips in between the other groups. In and out in less than 20 minutes! Thank you Peter for your great customer service (which I already knew about from your other business!) and your above and beyond help! If you need a storage unit in the north shore-this is your place and he’s your guy!

The best decision I have made for picking a storage unit. It is in a nice quiet area. The 10×30 is huge. When u made the reservation, the lady customer service rep was amazing and made things super easy.

Peter was our associate who helped us rent a parking space for my daughter who wasn’t allowed to park on campus yet. He was incredibly helpful and got us set up with ease. Highly recommend him and Life Storage.

Excellent that it’s 24 hour accessible.The manager is very helpful, the hallways are immaculate and the loading dock is very easily accessible and dollies are always available!

Life Storage was recommended to me by my movers, a fairly new storage unit that was close by to my then-apartment. I reserved my unit via the phone; it was quick and easy and they allowed me to reserve it for 14 days prior to payment being made. When I arrived for move in day, I realized that the unit size was too small. Peter was super helpful and friendly and was able to get me a larger unit quickly so I didn’t need to delay the movers. Every time I visited and had a question Peter was there for me! I always felt safe, even if I was dropping something off at night. Thank you Life Storage and Peter for taking good care of my belongings and making it so easy!

So Peter the mamager i believe has been very helpful even after i moved my things into the unit.he was attentive,nice,honest as well as has helped with more than that with good advice.

It took all of 10 minutes to get the space rented online and the access code emailed to me. The space was very easy to get to, dry, clean, and well lit in the evening. Ive just completed my unpacking into the new house and the vacate process is also hassle free and took a couple minutes. This is the best storage Ive ever used and highly recommend!

This building is awesome. It’s well lit, climate controlled, and very easy to use. The layout with the elevators and locked doors makes me not only feel that my stuff is safe, but that I am too while at/in the building. The staff is friendly and beyond helpful. We have two storage units side by side and we’ll be there for many years. Great place.

Peter fox at life storage in Beverly Massachusetts is by far the nicest and most professional associate I have spoken with thus far. He made the process very easy and stress free. I will say that Peter working with me during my move and rental is a big reason why Im a customer here. I rent a climate controlled unit and it is very clean and easy to access and I feel like my assets are in good hands. To make it even better, the price is very straight forward with no hidden fees.

The building is terrific. Climate controlled year round. Clean as a whistle. My unit is located near the front door, with a huge garage-style opening making it very convenient. 24-hour access. The service is not only professional but incredibly friendly as well. I could not be more pleased.

I would look into other storage facilities around the north shore. Their prices are on average 10-15 dollars more a month than other places around.
