Wonderful employees great help. Bought a bike chain got bent a couple weeks later and they warrantied it out.

Performed repairs I didnt ask for. Put a ten speed tube on a mountain bike tire that popped soon after. Shoddy repairs that dont last.

This shop is great! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about most things bike and riding. I got great assistance seeing as I had been there 3 times in a week. They were able to find out why my tire has been going flat although it wear filling up completely when pumped up. The store had a variety of additional accessories greased toward riding got both adults and children. Great place to go if you are a seasoned rider out just now looking to get into riding. Excellent bike shop. Has a wide variety at competitive prices. Ive been in there tons of times with my DIY Bike for parts, service, and tips. I just went there to get my mountain rack to work on my bike that by default did not have the mounting points. Picture attached. Would definitely recommend the shop to all bike enthusiasts and beginners alike.

I actually was having some repair work done on my Rollaider. The service tech went way above and beyond the call of duty and charged me so little for all of the work he did I recommend this place highly.

Best bike shop in Columbus-land area!!! I took my used bike to them to update and refurbish. When I picked up my bike, the final results were amazing...looks BRAND NEW! Besides a few adjustments ( seat height, handle bar position), roll: Bexley is on point for bike tune-ups and restoration!! Brian and (I know Im butchering your name...sorry) Shakeem are the epitome of professionalism, bike knowledge and customer care AND they are mannerable and very polite! A stellar group of professionals!!I cant speak on the other roll locations, but this one has a return customer! I never knew so much goes into the mechanics of a bicycle...thanks again guys!!

Best bike shop West of the Atlantic ocean! Great bike selection. Most importantly, the Roll team is super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. No too-cool-for-school hipster bike snobs here. Could not recommend this bike shop highly enough.

Great Bike shop!

They did a good job repairing my bike. But the charges were more than $30 over the invoice they gave me when I dropped the bike off. They didnt include the labor charges.

After ordering a bike rack online to be shipped from one local store to the other, I was told they would price match with any brick and mortar store. I found the rack $60 cheaper from REI, so I screenshot the webpage, then placed my order on 7/2. The rack was supposed to be ready for pickup on 7/4. I called on 7/5 to make sure it was there and the person that answered the phone said it wasnt and their manager would call me in 15 when they arrived at the store. 4 days later on 7/9, I finally received a phone call. I went to the REI website to make sure it was still that price, and it wasnt due to the sale and the product being discontinued. Luckily, I screenshot the price the day I placed the order. The salesman had to call the manager to approve the price change, but was unable to reach them. Side note: if the manager is the only one able to do price changes and they arent there on a Saturday at 1 pm, someone else in the store should have manager status. Thats just good business. He said the best discount he could do was 10%. I mentioned I was promised a price change when I ordered the rack as it was on REIs site for less. Finally, after refusing to accept the 10% discount I asked for a return. All of a sudden, the salesman said he could try to ring it up differently. I then mentioned that the box looked like it had been opened and looked used. He said that is how it arrived to them, which Im sure it did but the product was definitely a return. He was able to honor the price change of the $60. When I got home, I opened the box and there are scratches all over the top of the rack and the pieces were out of their bags. Clearly, this was a return being sold as brand new. This is unacceptable and I am in the process of trying to return this item.

I had a flat tire halfway through a 14-mile ride and happen to be close to this place. Thank God for that. Not only did they fix my flat, but they also fixed my brake and they did it fast; they were friendly; it was very affordable ... I highly recommend these guys ... I will be back.

Really blown away buy their professionalism, knowledgeability, and genuine concern for their customers safety. Prices are very competitive (maybe not with Walmart-BUT you do get what you pay for!) Brought my bike in for adjustments and Kyle was awesome and actually convinced me to wear a helmet which saved me from a huge headache (literally) that day and quite possibly my life later on. This is in addition to a fast, accurate diagnosis and inexpensive fix of my bike along with free, priceless knowledge. This is my go-to shop from now on. I wish I could give them more stars!!!

I took two of our bikes in for maintenance. I didnt buy our bikes there as we bought them when we lived out of state. Did a great job for a fair price. No surprises and friendly customer service. Will definitely be going back

I have purchased four bikes over the course of 7 years with Roll:. Two road bikes for myself, and a bike for my wife and son. Each time the service experience has been fantastic. They are extremely knowledgable and even remember what you have and will not sell you accessories that can do damage (see: carbon fiber bike + child carrier!) Integrity and good personalities go a long way. For me, Ill simply make my way back to Roll: again and again.

Had some broken spokes while riding from Columbus, Oh to Zanesville, OH [part of an Indianapolis to Washington DC tour]. Was taken to Roll: by Reynoldsburg Police Officer Fulton. Shop took a bike off the stand to to fix my bike while I waited. Repaired two spokes, re-trued my wheel and got me on my way quickly and for much less than I anticipated. Staff at the shop are very friendly. Shop is awesome. Huge selection of all things bicycle. Wish there were more stars to give them.

The staff are helpful and friendly. I bought a bike lock here after researching price and finding out the lock was the same as online with Amazon. I wanted to order and back rack with a basket for my bike. They were helpful and willing to scroll through lots of online photos to help me find one I liked.

Safe place to park your bike till the wee hours of the before riding the Alum Creek trail home. Looking forward to doing business with roll.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed a rear wheel trued. The tech was also backed up they had toschedule it for 3 days later. They can do the simple stuff on the spot but you may have to wait for anything more advanced.

These guys are awesome. Was having pain in my left arm while riding so went to Roll: in Bexley to get their opinion. Aaron spent close to an hour with me working on getting my bike fit just right and diagnosing the problem. He took the time to explain riding mechanics and how different adjustments on the bike affect your upper and lower body. Rather than trying to sell me a new bike altogether, he gave me some tips on how to ride better, exercises to do and suggested potentially getting a new handlebar set (he correctly figured out that my elbow problem was from reaching too far on the hoods). Rather than trying to get me to overspend on something I didnt need, he ended up getting me a deal on a compact handlebar set (

I bought a Giant from the Roll Store in Bexley, they had some sort of contraption in the middle of the store, it didnt work, and I was poorly fitted for the bike. I rode that bike for two months before I met someone on the trail who told me I was not fitted properly for the bike I was riding. I was taking Ibuprophen because my knees hurt so bad each time I rode. I almost gave up riding it. Thats just a complete shame. I spent a lot of money there but refuse to go back. I now go to bike source in Clintonville, those guys are professional and fast. Dont buy anything at this Roll store, they dont care, they use gimmicks and promises, both of with are false

Terrible experience with this shop. Bought a $4,000 time trial Cervelo from these guys and its been nothing but problems. The customer service is even worse. I bought my bike 2 weeks ago and the bike tire is rubbing so badly it is hard to ride. I took it to them and they said I could not get it for 3-4 days. I bought the bike to use while Ironman training and cannot go without it for that many days.....there response was, I dont know what to tell you. Steer clear of these guys if you want a performance bike. Go to TriTech!!!
