I am very satisfied with Echo hearing. Teresa offers a clean state-of-the-art facility. She deliver my products in a timely fashion. Keeps you informed of the progress of your repair of your products. Teresa takes her time with you and never rushes you out of her office. I would recommend for everyone with hearing loss issues to her and this is why I gave her five stars

Dr. Theresa Sokol Shevetz is the best. She is always very professional and creates a friendly environment. Any time a patient has a problem with their ears or equipment she always comes up with a solution. I highly recommend Dr. Shevetz.

Had wax removal and a hearing test. Very helpful doctor. Answered all my questions and was very comforting considering it was my first time. Highly recommend! Because of this I found out I had tinnitus and vertigo from my previous car accident.

Echo hearing is a great company and Theresa Sokol Shevetz is awesome.  My hearing problems are unique which makes fitting me with hearing aids challenging.  Theresa was patient and worked to ensure I received the best hearing aids possible. Thanks to Theresa and Echo Hearing I can now listen to tv without having the volume so loud that I risk my husbands hearing and when we go out to eat I can now hear what my husband is saying to me where before it was impossible for him to talk to me in restaurants as I could not hear or understand what he was saying. This is my third set of hearing aids and the best fit I have ever had.  The ones in the past fitted by other companies did not seem to help. I still felt isolated and frustrated with my hearing aids.
