Have never had a negative experience with anyone. Always so friendly and helpful. The shop has so much to look at but its not overwhelming or cluttered. From gorgeous estate jewelry to local handmade jewelry and everything in between. Definitely recommend.

If you ever have to deal with a company to get a loan on gold or jewelry, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and courteous and they also understand that unfortunately sometimes life can get in the way of making it to the store on time. This is my first experience dealing with this sort of company and I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations in every way possible. If you need to do something similar you should definitely go to Twin City Gold in Biddeford.

Just moving to New England area needed a battery replacement for my watch. Looked up on google maps and found Twin City Gold. Loved it took them 5 minutes to replace my battery at a reasonable price. Have noted this for the future.

Really great people. They dont make you feel bad about having to pawn something. Very fair. They will hold your pawn as long as you let them know your going to be late. So happy not to lose my things.👍

My wife and I have been to Twin City Gold and Silver several times. The first was to appraise some jewelry I inherited. They were no pressure and did a great job. Very knowledgeable.We went back a second time to sell some stuff we had and they gave us a great price. I ended up buying a watch they had on display.The third time I went back to get my sons watch sized. In conversation I mentioned I loved my watch, but was having a hard time getting it to keep time. They insisted on taking it, looking it over and have sent it back to the manufacture to be fixed. All to insure I was happy.Bottom line, great people, exceptional service.

My husband and i love it here. They treat customers like family, they are very fair with pricing. Best prices around without having to wait for shipping. And i trust no one else with my valuables when that time comes when i need extra cash and need to do a loan....

This place is amazing! I go here every once and a while to build up my coin collection/paper currency and I am never let down. The prices here are amazing and the customer service is top of the line. I would recomend this place to any collectors in the area and to anyone else.

Just needed a watch battery replacement. Fast and easy trip. A nice selection of coins and jewlery and a few antiques I saw while waiting a few short minutes for the replacement.

DO NOT GO HERE. I came here after getting a ring appraised at multiple different locations and they not only lied about their first offer, but then proceeded to lie. Not trust worthy. NOT professional.

Sadly this place and staff ruined the day of a 6 year old :( i would beware of dealing with them, as they SOLD me an item online, took my money, waited over 24 hours to message me that they had actually sold it in their shop, without honoring my purchase. My kid was devastated. why did they say one thing to us, and then change their mind daddy?(this purchase was a gift for her and she saw the photos they posted)I attempted to make it easy to make up for it by requesting they send another of the same item, they said they would do that- again a day passed with no call. I dont believe they intend to make right on it, and we STILL dont have the refund.They actually do business under A DIFFERENT name on sites like EBAY : Estatejewelry66 Any place that lists an item online sells you said item and then waits to tell you that they double sold is suspect. I wouldnt bring my grandma here NOR my 6 year old as they obviously have less than decent intentions, sad sad story, just another sketchy jeweler with lame excuses. 0/10
