I happened to find Lotus Garden Botanicals by chance, searching for an exotic carrier oil. Not only did I find the oil I was looking for but this company is a gold mine! Everything I have ordered (and I have ordered a lot) has been of exceptional quality and I love that every product has the month that it was pressed, distilled, or extracted and a general use by date. I find this so helpful. Every one of my orders has arrived to my doorstep safe and sound because each item was wrapped and packaged with such great care. Last but not least, I can’t say enough about the customer service, a big shout out to Charlie Pierce! If I have questions or need assistance, I know I will get the support I need, I just have to call or email. I was definitely correct in my thinking. The products are all top quality. I havent bought them all (not even close) but am always quite satisfied with my purchase.Lotus Garden Botanicals checks all the boxes when it comes to a GREAT company. The rate at which orders are dispatched even after holiday weekends. Their Customer service is superb, quick to answer any questions, if one forgets to add something in the comments and sends an email noting the order number it will be corrected before the order is sent out(as long as you catch it immediately as they send orders out FAST) . If they feel they made a mistake the double check with the customer and one is never met with anything less than compassion and gratitude.This company deserves an award!

For the past 6 years I have been shopping at LG Botanicals for my healing oils, which I use for personal as well as work related needs. I discovered LG Botanicals by searching the web for answers and solutions for hard to solve issues. I used to use Eden Garden, Doo-Terra, Young Living and New Directions (which IMO are all good companies) but in the end I found LG Botanicals to be the best offering. It all began 6 years ago after one crazy evening at work while trying to help a resident. I found myself stuck without a solution to the problem I was trying to address. I called LG Botanicals and left a message and this woman Karen called me back not too long after I left my message. Not only did she help me with the formulation I needed to help this resident but also has helped me over the years with other great formulations that have really helped my business to grow into what it is today. Most other companies would just tell me to go on the web and search for what I needed. I cannot get over the help I was given and that Karen told me to call anytime I have a question or concern. I thank Karen not only for the help she has given me (not to mention the products and super fast shipping) but when I told her I was an aromatherapy student she encouraged me and even told me how she got LGB started! The staff are experts in their field and the customer service is top-notch. Unique materials like genet absolute, every lotus absolute you can imagine, and almost every precious flower essence imaginable! Whats been my biggest surprise has been the floral waxes--theyre perfect for cold-process soaps, DIY lotions, and Ive even been experimenting with them in incense blends; the effect is really extraordinary. I’m an entrepreneur and create quality household goods that just wouldn’t be without the magic of botanicals. However, local stores didn’t carry certain oils. Realising online was the only option and perhaps my best bet because 2020, I surfed the ‘Net for quality aromatherapy outlets — and there you were! Wild orange was my first purchase and it didn’t disappoint! It made for excellent diffuser blends, perfumes, massage oils, and air fresheners. Happy with that purchase, I bought more oils from you, such as soothing Maillette lavender (PERFECT for bath salts!), crisp white fir, delectable Peru balsam, refreshing nerolina, and vitex/chasteberry because I’m a lady after all. I also much appreciate the samples. However, I didn’t stop there. You have a wonderful selection of top-grade carrier oils, too! I especially needed açaí oil for my raggedy hair. It works like a miracle! Keep up those amazing products!Five stars!!

I Have been shopping with LG Botanicals for several years now. I will start off first by saying the product is superior. I myself making my own perfumes, soaps, and lotions for just over a decade. The first three years or so of my business, to say the least it was stale at best. As you may or may not know the type of business I am in word of mouth can either make you or break you. Once I found LGB I just could not get over the difference in quality of the Essential Oils and also the Absolutes that LGB offers. Within less than a year of using LGB for my products my business has more than doubled. Fast forward 5-6 years later and I am booming. I cannot thank team LGB enough for what they do. I cannot get over the customer service. Charlie is most intuitive, friendly and prompt. A once lost art (in this country anyway) is customer service. It is nice to see a company that has not forgotten how important and valuable it really is. I almost forgot to mention how fast they are at getting me my product. WOW, I mean FAST. Lastly...THE PACKAGING. Again; WOW, I truthfully feel safe with my order traversing over 15-20 states to get to me safe and sound. Thanks so MUCH for everything you guys do. ❤

Amazing company--Ive been using them for my essential oils for years and have never had a mistake in an order. Their communication is top notch and they are always very responsive and helpful whenever I have questions.

The essential oils I purchased(Camphor, Cornmint, Wild Plai) are poor quality and mediocre at best. Will not shop here again.RESPONSE TO OWNERThank you for reminding me. You can add Balsam of Peru as well as Arnica oil to that order. I am not a competitor but just someone who was looking for Arnica essential oil, was excited at finding it and ended up purchasing other products despite having to pay custom fees and international shipping rates only to be let down by the quality. I hope you have improved your quality control as it only affects your claim to being supplier of high quality products. Take care.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with this brand. The owner love to point finger when there is issue and get very rude when you confront them. I would recommend dealing with them and find someone more local and profesional. ps. Get use to the we are very sorry to hear that... replay :D
