This is my first time going to a Michaels.The store had a large supply of anything Art supplies.I was looking for prizms at the time and was unable to find them in this location.I inquired about them with one of their friendly staff and was told that this is one of Michaels smallest locations and that not all stores carry them.Then she told me that in the future, Look at Michaels Website and find the product that Im looking for, look for the SKU # on the bottom, type it in the computer and that it will tell you at what location that you could find that product.I rated it a 4 star only because it wasnt at the Biddeford Location.Nice Store.

Jessica was amazing. She followed us as needed to help us find everything we were looking for. Great personality, too. I told her that she needed a raise. You have an awesome employee.

Im not a real fan... The mens selection of clothing is hit or miss, usually a miss for me. Although many of the clothing items may have tags from Columbia, etc., they appear to be 2nds or color styles I just wouldnt wear. My wife loves the place, but I just dont get the attraction...

We were looking for some specific items, buy after searching relevant sections, couldnt fine them.We asked, and were shown to the bins at the front which didnt quite have them.We got a few white bandanas and asked if they had more. We were told a big shipment had arrived and there may be some in there, but no one knows.We later found the item we wanted in a small island elsewhere in the store.

I was i and out very quickly. I knew exactly what i wanted and found it, unassisted, fast. Store was very busy with shoppers, but a very large store and well stocked. I was very surprised how many people were buying fake flowers in spring.

Inventory is hit or miss, some items you are looking for will likely not be in stock. Order online and pickup in store to avoid a wasted trip.

I can always find what Im looking for to finish a project!

Great craft store. Clean and has everything for whatever craft you do. It has great choices for vinyl, flowers, jewelry and paint.

First time visiting the store and now I wish I had come sooner. They have all kinds of supplies for all you art needs. Got myself some interesting paint color and a few nice brushes. The prices are a little high but for what I got im still happy.

Yes expensive but usually good deals just gotta keep an eye out for those. Since I started doing stuff with my cricut and heat press easy way to pick things up. Always enjoy the people that work there friendly people

We absolutely love Michaels. We diy a lot, plus the kiddo love the craft kits, and my mom is the scrapbook queen. We frequent Michael a lo and never have a bad experience. Just the other day we had one of the very best shopping experiences EVER- I have a child with sensitively issues & special needs so we do alot or orders online and pick up in store. The other morning my father brought my son in to pick something up because hes too young to be left alone in the car. During the pick up my son started to have a melt down the lady was so understandable (scared she had a close friend or friend member with a child just like mine) she didnt spare, treat me differently & actually bagged his stuff up alone for him and totally ended the melt down. My dad normally gets so embarrassed and upset and she was able to relax my son, saving my dad & my dad. She gave my father hope again. Hes no longer cares whats people think when my son has some kind of reaction. And she remembered him that not only did she work for Michaels but she worked for him as well & all that mattered what was currently happening & she was willing to not only be patient but help him. She made both my dad & my sons day. I appreciate what she did more than works. I wish I knew her name to thank her personally. Everyones so friendly and we will definitely be back

Was looking for Halloween cookie cutters so that I could make cookies with my grandchildren. A woman named Ginny came over and not only helped me the cookie cutters but helped me with finding all the supplies and gave complete directions on a sticker project they will love. Great sales for the store and 2 fun projects for me.

Great arts and crafts store

I like Michaels but half the time unless there is a sale a lot of the things I look for are incredibly overpriced. The frames seem to have gotten even more expensive and the selection isnt what it used to be. I always enjoy their selection of scrapbook stickers and accessories. Ample parking and the store is clean and well organized. Staff is generally nice as well.

I always have such an Amazimg time at Michaels. Normally when I say I need to go there, its usually for Just 1 item. That item being 1 skein of yarn. Its so hard to walk by all the beautiful yarn selection that they have. There is always something new. I love making crochet hats, blankets and loveys for my children and this store makes it easy and so much fun!

Always very helpful and knowledgable staff. Since many people buy party goods here, it is time to go peanut free (like candy melts) since most schools are peanut free.

Similar to most craft stores though is definitely worth looking up coupons online prior to visiting many days out of the mouth. Also if you sign up online you commonly receive coupons for around 50% off either one item or entire purchases so is well worth doing.

Found what I needed thanks to the helpful and friendly associate. The prices are a little steep for some of thier items but its close by with a good selection. If your into arts and crafts this is definitely a store to check out. They do carry a wide variety of things. They also offer frame making if you dont see one you like or if you want a custom made frame.

Went in to get flowers for a grave stone, wasnt exactly sure what I wanted. Asked a girl who was passing by what she thought and she ended up helping for like 45 minutes. Putting together the perfect bouquet.

You get a 40% off coupon on regular items but everything is always on sale. If you have a Hobby Lobby close you, I would recommend going to them, better prices. They have a storage case with multiple color smaller containers inside, regular price $40.00. Same one Walmart and Hobby Lobby has for 12.95.

A lot of different crafts. Dont recommend it if youre looking for special Yarns or a large variety of colors in particular Yarns. Otherwise great craft store. If youre looking for a new Craft This Is The Place To Go

Great craft store helful staff

They didnt honor their sale price. They forgot to remove a sign of a sale the ended the day before. They should have honored the price but didnt. It was my daughter spending her birthday money. I was very disappointed.

Quick and convenient frame shop, pick a ready made frame and mat and theyll put it together for you in a couple of days.

My daughter and I visited here yesterday. They didnt have the soap making supplies I was looking for, but we did end up picking up a few Christmas gifts for the kids.The cashier was friendly, although a bit aloof when I started I couldnt find what I was looking for.Overall it was an good experience.

Some really great sales and prices are very close to what I pay for wholesale supplies. If I run out of something and cant wait a week to get it, I feel good about running over to Michaels.

Went in to look for dyes and shirts to make tie-dyes... First of all, the dyes are way over priced. Walmart has the dyes for $2, Michaels $7... Then looked at shirts to dye and they had a typical t-shirt. No tank tops, no long sleeve ts, just one type of short sleeve shirts. Very disappointing.

Michaels is becoming my favorite craft store. They have so much more to offer than JF.
