Absolutely horrible. Bought 2 tires online, the pick up was around 5 oclock, when it says their auto center is still open. I called to make sure someone would be available to put these tires on for me, and I was told there would be someone.Get there at the proper time and low and behold theres no one in auto motive. Go over to online pick up to see if they have my tires, Im told to go to auto. I let them know theres no body there. Then I am passed around to 3-4 other people before being told I have to wait in an online pick up parking spot. Alright. So I did. Then the online pick up person ALSO told me I had to go to automotive. Informed him about what Id been through so far, and thankfully at least he was willing to help, and promised to track down my tires for me, which he did.Now Im back here today, to get these tires put on. Standing in the auto center 2 hours after it says their open. Lights are off. registers off. and no ones here. I call store real quick to see whats going on, and their telling me the auto centers open. While i stand here staring into the dark void of nothing-ness. No Maam, their not open. So she says shell get someone down for me. Now almost THREE hours after their supposed to be opened, Im finally getting help, very rude help, but help none the less. Beyond upset, and this is ridiculous.
Bought tires here. Never again. Staff is extremely poorly trained. I had to bring my vehicle to another shop to get the tires balanced correctly.

Called. Nobody picked up, but it went straight into music. No answer ever. I guess they dont have someone who answers the phone here.
Would not install size 245 because the sticker on my truck says 265s, ridiculous
Eric the manager Is rude and he appears to be on drugs! He was condescending to not only myself but the other customers. He also removed his mask several times when talking to myself and others. He should be fired.
Manager Eric was very rude to me as well as the woman working at the automotive counter. He was very condescending to me and acted as if I was stupid for not understanding why he couldnt get a lugnut off my tire because he is not a mechanic. My husband was able to get it off in less then 3 minutes and he is not a mechanic. It was completely unreasonable to treat me as such, while I was with my 4 year old daughter doing my best to keep her entertained while I tried to get the only set of tires I could afford. The woman at the counter was very kind and I hope my frustration with the situation did not deflect onto her. Bottom line, if you can help it, I would not recommend going here.
I went for a basic oil change. Got told that I could start that but if they determined my car needed synthetic, theyd just do it and let me know at the end. Changed my mind immediately. Got sent to pick my own headlight bulbs, which is fine. But uh. Their light book was about half. Literally. It had so many torn pages that it was basically useless.
Absolute waste of my time.I was told I would have an hour wait time for an oil change.Which is completely understandable, it was a busy day and a lot going on.I come back in an hour to find my oil change cancelled because they did not have my oil filter.If this was told me to ahead of time, I would have gave it to them out of my car and saved that hour.After I grabbed the oil filter, headed to the counter and got the process going again.I processed to wait another 45 minutes, for them to tell me I have an oil leak and they will not even touch my car.Complete waste of time, and 2 hours wasted for them to tell me something that could have been told immediately.Never using Walmart Auto again, even if I was given free rotations, etc.Trust me spend the money to go to real mechanic, who care about your time and money.
Sadly the mechanics here don’t even know how to take a dounut off a car and put a new tire on.They sold my sister a tire knowing she had a donut on her car. Than sent her somewhere else to get it put on.They also didn’t help her even get tire in car. What kind of customer service is this you can’t even put the new tire onto car?? So she had to drive to another garage to have the new tire put on.I’m extremely irritated but this this should have been done for her.
Honored free tire rotation and tested battery, but sadly they dont have that battery in stock. Competent service.
The worst tire shop I have been too! What tire shop cant take off 2 rims that are frozen on a 2017 tacoma back axel, (took me 5 min btw), then when I plan to come back to get other 2 installed, they conveniently sell out. Unbelievable 🤬🤬

The tire lube express is lacking in customer service and basic knowledge of cars. Go somewhere else for your oil changes and car needs.

Didnt toutch the air filter said they didnt have one, bought one out it in myself. Instead of actually checking on the fluids in my car just out not applicable for all but the oil and washer fluid. I went to pay to get fuel injectors clean, i wanted a licensed tech to take care of it. Told me they wouldnt do it because they couldnt reach the injector rail. Guess what. Im doing that myself too because he injector rail is right in front of you when you pop the hood. Just be honest if you want to be lazy. Dont give dumb excuses. I wont be spending money there. If i cant do it myself ill just give somewhere else the business.
Went to get my tires put on that I purchased from Walmart and they refused to put them on because they were 16 and not the stock 15.Customers wishes do not count here.
Toke my SUV to get a simply oil change a couple months ago, and they guy doing it ended up putting too much oil in my vechile, and never filled my washer fluid like marked on my work order. Luckily my boyfriend checked my oil in the parking lot before we left to realize they overfilled it and didn’t do the washer fluid.. pulled it back in and the manager talked to the guys working on my car who admitted to just filling the washer fluid the second time they pulled it in, which wouldn’t of even had to have happen had they put the correct amount of oil in my car the first time. Just recently, brought my boyfriends diesel truck to get a bead reseeded on a tire and the same guy who worked on my suv was there doing the work..right off the bat he just turned the key over when anyone who owns a diesel knows you need to wait a few seconds so you don’t mess up the injectors... not only did he not balance the tire after resealing it (like the work order said) but hopping in the truck with filthy hands...greasy hands with tan interior?! Come on. My boyfriend politely asked him if he had ever worked on a diesel before and they guy said yes, and my boyfriend then asked so you know your suppose to wait to start it not just turn the key, worker said yep while walking away so my boyfriend asked so why did you just turn the key over not once but twice? And the workers response was meh and walked back out to the garage. Simply unprofessional and rude that he couldn’t take 30 seconds out of his time to talk to a customer who had a question about the vehicle he just worked on. Not to mention knowing it was wrong but did it anyways. All while other customers were waiting to be checked in and just saw/heard the way he treated us. Usually it’s three strikes and your out but 2/2, I will NEVER bring my vechiles back to Biddeford Walmart Auto Care to be worked on ever again! Nor will I recommend anyone else taking their vechile here, if they want their car fixed properly! I will gladly spend the extra time and money and take my vechiles else where.

I wont be going back. I was very uncomfortable as the manager was reprimanding one of the female employees in front of the customers. Very unprofessional and I felt really bad for the young lady who was getting humiliated.
