I love how they stood up for my safety when dealing with my warranty department because they were only approving a less safe part then what could be used. And they did everything needed to make sure I got the most coverage from my warranty. Plus they did great work. Very happy customer!!

Arundel Auto is honest, fair and knowledgeable. Diane has gone above and beyond to help with my older vehicle and I have never been disappointed with their work. I highly recommend this shop. Was on my way home with the family visiting Acadia National Park when our suburban broke down on 95. We were towed to Arundel Auto Service, where we received prompt and excellent service. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had us on our way home the same day. Highly recommend this facility!

I’ve had my car fixed here twice. I originally choose this place because it as close to home however their customer service and skilled mechanics has impressed me and I won’t take my car to any other place now. Both times I dropped off my car they called me in a couple of hours to let me know what the problem was, went over options with me. I had my car fix and back to me at a super reasonable time. They also go over everything they did, showed me the actual broke parts replaced and also let me know what I needed to get fixed soon. The lady at their front desk is a doll. She will give you a call and let you know updates on the progress of your vehicle. I recommend this place to everyone over and over.-Elizabeth

Had a breakdown on the Maine Turnpike on Thanksgiving Day and I thought our bird was cooked.Regular Vic from Arundel Auto has our Saab towed to headquarters and made sure we had a ride on to dinner.Next business day, shop owner Diane put the personable shop manager on the case and a minor fuse replacement had us on our way with minor damage.We could have been fricasseed as captive customers but this shop plays it straight. Recommended for honesty and proficiency.

I’ve had my car towed to Arundel Auto twice and had work done by them 3 times and have been totally satisfied. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done and even ordered less expensive parts when he could. FREE LOANER CARS are a huge bonus, this a a total lifesaver. I highly recommend them.

Owner of the company is openly racist. And quality of work is very poor. takes advantage if you don’t know much about cars and charges 150/hr for labor. Smokes while working on vehicle and leaves hood open for days At a time exposing engine bay! STAYYY AWAY!

I am the owner of Arundel Auto Service and working on responding to two bad reviews from people I dont know. Katman Doo and Wolfgang Jones have not been to this business. I feel bad that Mr. Joness key fob got broken but it was not at Arundel Auto Service. Perhaps it was another Arundel dealership or from another business near this address. As for Katman doo I do not know where this person received poor service but im sure it was not here. We pride ourselves in being knowledgeable and helpful to all.
