Had I not had Rhonda as my sales women I would have most likely rushed into the wrong bed. I tried many options with her help and also found great pillows as well. It’s not easy finding a bed that fits just right but my experience at mattress firm was amazing.

Everyone greeted us immediately and asked right away if there was any thing they could do to help us. I right away say yes please. I explained to the associate about my migraines and having a stiff neck all the time and Im always tired. A mattress is no longer just a mattress any longer. I had no idea how many health issues can be solved by mattresses in today’s world. Our sales person, Rhonda, explained and let us try out everything. She was awesome! I know it won’t cure my health problems, back pain, sleep apnea and headaches, but as soon as we tried the lumbar support, I felt my airway expand. I could actually spend more than 5 minutes laying on my back without pain. I am so glad we just didn’t purchase just a cheap mattress from another store. Spending the money to improve your own health is worth it.

My husband and I are traveling in an RV to help family in Maine, and we quickly discovered our current camper mattress was not going to cut it for a long term solution. She sent a secure link for us to pay online rather than blast my info over the phone (LOVED THIS). She told me to call her on our way to the warehouse and shed have the mattress ready for us so there will be little wait. We have never bought a mattress this way, but what an incredible customer service experience we had! Were very excited to pick up our mattress and have a great nights sleep weve been longing for for weeks. Friends bought a mattress here. Took the day off for the delivery, they never showed up. The store cancelled the delivery without telling the customer. They set another date, and when they called to confirm, were told they had not rescheduled. Very poor service. Dont bother

Stopped in today looking for a much needed new mattress but at the same time dreading the experience and typical high pressure sales pitch on the best mattress for you deal.Store is very clean and all the beds are nicely colored coded for level of support. We were immediately greeted by Rhonda the manager; she asked what type of bed we were looking for and then pointed us in the right direction. No sales pitch of any kind! My husband and I did have a few concerns and questions and she answered every on of them. She gave us time to look, sit on them, lie down on them and ask more questions.Bottom line, we did leave with the mattress of our choice at the best deal ever delivered with a smile that left us feeling very comfortable with this store.If you are dreading the experience, but need a new bed, take a deep breath and stop by. You will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you again for a great experience.

Before you spend way too much here for a mattress check Big Lots. They have Serta mattresses including the I comfort series which I bought for hundreds less! Do your homework, dont get ripped off. Compare before you buy.

Typical mainstream retailer, uses ads to draw you in then tells you the fine print that changes everything....so just walk when you discover that occurring or they will try to talk you into something else.

I found it obnoxious to see signs requesting reviews in exchange for free products before one even has an opportunity to test the products that theyre buying and for this alone Im giving a one star review to balance all of the paid for five star reviews.Now outside of that the young man that was working the sales floor was very helpful and quite polite and knowledgeable he did a good job of attempting up sales without being over pressuring or obnoxious.

Awesome they delivered and set up my new mattress unlike others that say they have lowest prices and they dont deliver they pay FedEx to bring mattress and they dont bring it in. Mattress firm will set up and take your old bed away for you. Mattress I got is awesome I love it.

Dude WOW this Mattress Firm in particular was THE BEST mattress buying experience that Ive ever had. Derek Green made our shopping and purchasing experience so smooth and friendly that we thoroughly enjoyed the process. I (the husband) will go on record any day saying that I think Derek is a fantastic and honest salesman. My wife and I LOVE the bed and the bed frame, and since we bought the bed made to keep Tom Brady the winningest quarterback in the NFL until hes 45, were really excited about this purchase. In fact, were writing this review from our new bed, which was delivered and assembled less than 48hrs from our purchase. Derek was extraordinarily professional and helpful, and very courteous and thoughtful. Extremely overpriced mattresses. I agree with with another reviewer that you can purchase Serta mattresses from a place like Big Lots for so much less and the quality is identical. If you do your due diligence and compare, just take your smart phone with you when youre looking at mattresses. Most display models will clearly indicate what that particular model has for coil count, wether or not it has memory foam, side foam encasement etc . Dont fall for sales pitches that their mattresses are made of more quality. Fact is mattress companies like Serta only make certain amounts of styles and models for the nation. The names of the mattresses are different for each store . This is so stores can do their best to try to convince you to buy their mattresses and you are unable to compare with other stores. ( If you have noticed, you will never find a mattress with the same name at two different sellers. ) Of note, Serta and Simmons who makes the Beauty rest are the same company.Bottom line is there isnt a special production line at the manufacturer like a Serta for Mattress Firm only. All manufacturers mass produce their products to keep prices as reasonable as they can. In order to appease the stores who sell their products, they just badge (name) them specific to the sellers so they have their own unique named mattress. I know Ive shared allot in this review but my point is do yourself a financial favor and compare apples to apples when it comes to mattress by going to a few different stores. It just may save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. If you have not seen in the news, there filing bankruptcy and closing stores. I think the public read my review. 😂
