I love this place. Friendly atmosphere, great coffee, amazing beagles. Just great all around. I love having my business meetings here, or just stopping by and enjoying a good cup of coffee on my own!

Elements has been a longtime favorite place for coffees and bagels. They have vegan and gluten-free options.It’s bright and inviting with the natural lighting, the music station is always nice and never too loud.There’s bookshelves along every wall, with a wide selection to read from, and to purchase to take home if you’d like.The staff are friendly, patient, prompt, and are happy to provide suggestions.The pricing is adequate and fair, I like the option to leave either a cash or electronic tip as I nearly always forget to bring cash. Lol!

Got the peach habanero jam with whipped cream cheese and crackers, very tasty! Jam was sweet (peach) with a little bite (habanero) and the whipped cream cheese was smooth and flavorful. My friend got the olives, artichokes and feta cheese blended together with pita chips, it was delicious!

Really good muffins and coffee. The location is so-so, not particularly spacious and not much of a vibe.

I loved this coffee shop! They were busy the whole time I was there, but it didnt feel rushed inside. The place is big enough that taking my baby didnt make me uncomfortable when he was a little loud, but its not too big to be overwhelming either. I didnt get a chance to check out the book, but Ill definitely be back!

Iced chai is amazing! Music is great and not loud, so you can still sit down to have a conversation, read a book or study.Great selection of books and staff is pleasant.Too bad they are not located in Portland, I would definitely stop by more often if they were closer to me.

A new favorite place to curl up with a book and beverage of the day. Maybe some people watching with a friend. Always bustling with people, sometimes hard to find a place to settle in.

One of my favorite places to get a latte. The atmosphere is relaxing amd they have live music there as well. If it is the afternoon, their decaf or tea is perfect with a small cheese plate. If you arent in the mood for coffee or tea, they also have beer and wine. The beer is craft brew style. They have a good selection of books at a great price too.

Nice atmosphere. Very different and unpretentious. Friendly staff and I had a very nice pour-over coffee. Comfortable and casual seating options, and a decent amount of space to kick back with friends and unwind.More like being in a little bookshop that serves great coffee, but has a full range of barista options unlike some places I have been that started life as a bookstore and added coffee later.

Highly recommend this for anybody who loves books and coffee. Great selection of artisan coffees teas and even some little snack bites. Any kind of book you can imagine is for sale in this store. They also have some very interesting cookbooks and aprons some handcrafted jellies & Spice concoctions. If youre looking for a simple syrup this is a place to go. My best recommendation is if youve got some time to sit and relax enjoy a great cup of coffee and a good read theres no place better than Elements. Meet a friend there and enjoy a little catching up time. Theres also convenient parking right next door in the parking lot period and elements does validate. Thats really nice for downtown shopping.

Coffee is alright, food is locally baked bagels with various toppings and other baked goods and pastries. Great selection of books everything is organized. A lot of interesting things to choose from. Very cozy as well.

Very cozy and quaint. This is the go-to spot for coffee. The service is a little slower than at some other coffee shops, but the lack of a line helps it balance out. Lots of good seating options, but Elements is usually pretty full. Its worth checking out if youre in the area.

Incredibly friendly staff and creative baked goods. Theyve got some gluten free options if thats your thing. The books they keep in stock are the best part though, with a wide and eclectic selection. Nabbed a graphic novel biography about Hunter S. Thompson. Cool stuff.

Browsing the bookstore was pleasant - theyre careful about what they stock (more literary, less best-sellers list) so its not the random pile of books you get at most used book stores (for better and worse). The beer selection is top notch, and our coffees were terrific.

Great place to relax and do school work or personal work. Prices are very reasonable and location is great. The Establishment is very clean in the staff are always cheerful and enlightening.

Very neat spot. Calm environment conducive to getting your work done without much distraction yet you can look around in any direction and find something that will catch your eye and interest. Coffees were Perfect, snacks tapas were rich, flavorful and just enough. I will be coming back for the evening experience of draft beer and wines.

I love this pace and often meet with potential clients over coffee or tea there. They have just a few teas but I love their Jasmine tea. I cant speak to the coffee because I dont drink coffee, but it smells good!

I would have given it 5 stars but we sat at the bar and some young girl waitress had the worst attitude towards everyone. I even saw her roll her eyes because another customer tried to politely go around us to retrieve his order but she insisted on reaching over me to hand it to him (at which point the man apologized to me). We were really the only ones sitting at the bar at this point so it was so unnecessary to do so especially while giving the guy attitude. Again, coffee was amazing, food was good and the place itself is awesome. Im a person who has major respect for any hard working staff but I was so taken a back by this I had to leave a review.

Excellent decor, delicious coffee, a wide variety of books for sale, great beer at night, and a phenomenal staff easily makes Elements the coolest coffee shops/book stores/bar in all of Maine, even if its maybe the only coffee shop/book store/bar in Maine. Theres a paid parking lot adjacent to Elements but theres generally free, available on-street parking nearby. If youre in Biddeford you should check it out. If youre NOT in Biddeford, you should drive there and check it out.

Friendly and helpful staff. Place was clean and enjoyed the music, which was at a reasonable level. Great latte and bagel. No breakfast sandwiches or other hot breakfast items besides oatmeal. Worked for a couple hours and the internet was speedy and didnt drop at all. Has floor outlets for tables. Great spot!

Great coffee, great owners and fantastic hang out place. From the morning buzz of a coffee to a evening with live music and adult beverage, who could not go to elements. I have been coming here for the past few years for my morning coffee or a cheese plate and wine after work. In down town biddeford it is really nice to see which a great and fun place. Dont forget to grab a punch card for your coffee! Every time you have one filled the next coffee is on the house!

It was a really cool place with an industrial interior and hundreds of reading options to read there or buy. My friend and I got two different kinds of tea, both delicious. We curled up in two comfy chairs by a rainy window and talked for an hour, but felt like we could sit there all day. It seemed like that was the vibe among everyone there. While the beverages are good enough to be a quick morning stop (which appeared to be several peoples case) I think the atmosphere really sets this place apart. The people that worked there were nice but not obnoxiously so. Just a cool place to spend a rainy Saturday morning.

A great atmosphere! Standard cafe, they call out your order and you clean up after yourself when you’re done. They even have a few small tables and a bookcase outside on the street! Best coffee around, plus some live music some nights

Great little coffee shop on the corner. Probably one of the few good places to be at in Biddeford. The scene and vibe are great- I go often to do work with other med students. Weekend entertainment is nice as well, along with their coffees, teas, and small food dishes. A bit on the expensive side but always happy to support a local business.

This coffee is good! I only learned recently that they have a bar because they were pulling kegs from out of the back. But good god their coffee - its practically like your drinking a cloud of comfort because the tastes, the texture, the temperature - its all there. I like the atmosphere too and the cribbage boards are a bigger bonus.
