Its okay. gamestop should be sued for selling OPEN USED GAMES AS NEW

Cleaner, and smells nicer than other Gamestop stores. Andrea is very nice, great cashier. A pleasant visit to pick up a pre-ordered game and a new Switch system.

Its sad that PC gaming is only supported online. Went in to preorder Assassins Creed Valhalla on PC and no dice. Very nice and helpful staff. But nothing there in the way of PC software.

Very helpful and friendly staff

They had almost nothing... just some games on the sides of the walls for the newest systems, and a small shelf of Wii and PS3 Games... Very few accessories, and almost no games for older systems even the 3DS whichs life cycle only ended this year... Does anyone else remember the shelves upon shelves of games for every system you could think of that game stops USED to have?! very disappointing.

The display we wanted to look at was behind the counter. we took two steps in to peek at it. The clerk said we could not be behind the counter which is understandable. There were no other displays with said objects. Clerk did not offer to be helpful and personally take a few items and show them to us. We were the only people in the store. They were not busy. They must have lots of thefts there to be so suspicious and hovering over two elderly people And two young children. I’m sorry I bought gift cards cards AS presents so it’s too late to return them but I will not go there again

Went for the first time and was surprisingly greeted with a friendly Hi can we help you and walked out with more information and a game we went even thinking about getting.Clean, Helpful and Excellent customer service!! Will be back

I have not been in a GameStop in awhile, but I was shocked that they had no PC games. I know many can be had online, but sometimes you just want to pick up something random.I was able to get a pair of preowned headset for $7. They are not top of the line, but they are better than anything Id find for less than $30.

I just left the Biddeford game stop. Jesse and Andrea were so friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and Andrea helped me sneak out the items before my daughter could get a glimpse of her birthday presents. This place is awesome and I will definitely be back for more!

Patrick gave the best customer experience I have had in many years. I had an issue with my game console, he took care of the problem along with all the small details. Store was very clean and organized. Plenty of parking.

Literally waited more than 10 minutes to checkout while standing at the counter. While only one of the employees is running a register and helping a customer and the others basically pretending no one was waiting.finally another employee decided to cash us out. Pretty ridiculous honestly.

Staff members were rude and wouldn’t refund me for a game I had bought from them even though I had also bought a warranty and had the reseat the women wanted to give me 2$ dollars credit for a 22$ game and when I said no she tossed the reseat at me. This is the only game stop I’ve had problems with I highly recommend people spend a little extra time and gas to go to the one at the mall the staff there are awesome and they love to help fellow gamers.

Gamestop in Biddeford offers video games, collectables, and other console and handheld accessories that differ from Somersworth, Rochester, and Scarboroughs line of stock. The staff is friendly and inviting, some with proper knowledge of latest and classic games, but may solicit when customers first walk in and throughout checking out. The store is clean and free of odor, unlike some competing media/gaming stores around. The store is smaller, comparatively, than other Gamestops such as the ones in Newington and Somersworth. However, I recommend coming to this particular store for gaming endeavors, as I enjoyed my own visit.

The workers were helpful and very nice.

Helped me find three fnaf stuff my daughter wanted for her birthday, and they sent me to a few other stores that had five nights at Freddys

This is more for people who are into video games like my self this is a great video game store with even better prices

Its a place the sells games and Ive bought games never really had any bad stuff to happen they have sold me faulty stuff like a Xbox one (that I returned) workers are friendly never really had a bad experience here

DO NOT GO HERE. Review a little late but went in a year or so ago for an xbox 1s, there were 2 guys there, one tall one which one nicer and one shorter one who sold us the console and was unreasonably rude. After bragging about how little they gave for consoles, sold me the floor model and said, Here I gave you the floor model thats been playing videos non-stop for 4 days. -Like he was somehow proud to sell us the most used console. It was a stereotypical Gamestop experience, they were getting of on screwing us over. They also sold me a broken used xbox one controller they said worked perfectly. I will truly never go back here. Worst experience Ive had in a while, I would give zero stars if possible

Typically I have excellant experiences at this game stop, however, two days in a row I have recevied two faulty discs of Farcry 4. Now I have to go back a third time to return it.

Normal gamestop, just buy what youre there for and get out before they try to sell you additional things, although frankly it would be better to look elsewhere, such as the nearby Wal-Mart for games/consoles, or even online.
