The ladies here are efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! They had me in and out for a normal checkup in no time. I had quite a pleasant experience here today, thank you :)

I recently had an annual routine exam here and was very satisfied with the care I received. The front desk welcomed me with smiling faces, time spent in the waiting room was minimal, and the tech Taylor who did the pre examination was courteous, professional, and efficient. I appreciated her explanations of each machine and what she was checking for. My exam with Eric was the most thorough Ive had for an eye exam. I didnt feel rushed and appreciated the time he took to go over concerns he had with my optical images and how the issues can be monitored. Even the checkout receptionist Lisa had a bubbly personality and was super friendly! Happy to say my experience here was quite pleasant from start to finish.

The woman who answers the phone is very rude( Roxanne). She doesn’t care at all, she just wants to get over with you and go to the next person. She literally said « gotta go, I have other people calling » she didn’t want to hear me or understand.... lady if you don’t want talk to patient, resign & go find another job!! You are very rude & have no sympathy at all. It’s so sad that people like her get to represent the company

Amazing. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly, the cost was reasonable and I really liked Eric a lot. He’s warm, knowledgeable and I must say, very well dressed, which might not seem relevant but I appreciate that sort of thing. He makes glasses look cool. I’m actually excited to buy a new pair of frames. The receptionist was so friendly and sweet, I went in super pregnant and she made me feel pretty. That’s saying something.

READ ME!! Doc inventing fees...Dr Bolduc was, and still is for the most part, fantastic. He has always made time for emergencies and is very engaging during my appointments. That being said on my last visit I was ambushed with a $35 contact fitting fee. I was surprised but paid and left.I just attempted to make an appointment for my 2 year exam and asked if there was still a $35 fitting fee, the receptionist said, “no now it is $40.” I explained I have been wearing contacts for over 20 years and do not need additional training. I was told it was required. Well, I have found a nearby Doc that does not charge a fee, so Doc Bolduc has lost my families business over $40. With the rising costs of medical care I don’t need doctors inventing fees, I am sorry Dr Bolduc, I wish you the best.

Had a great experience with all the staff and were very knowledgeable with getting me the right glasses.

I had just moved to Maine and needed an eye exam asap. After a quick Google search Bolduc was my first and last choice. The receptionist answered promptly and politely. After explaining my situation she found me an opening for the very next day! I went in, started to fill out my paperwork for insurance when i was greeted and examined by the nurse who was so nice, friendly and personable it made a trip to the eye doctor fun!Then i was seen by Dr.Bolduc who not only spoke with me as one would with a friend all while educating and accommodating me every step of the way.Finally, i was then taken to view the great selection of frames with the same wonderful nurse, finished the final touches with the cool dude making sure the lenses have all the perks they deserve.I never thought Id describe a trip to the eye doctor as enjoyable and fun but here i am doing it.

What a comforting experience to find Dr. Lehouillier who took the time and effort to do a thorough exam and help me understand the changes happening with my vision.All of the staff was warm and welcoming. Id recommend Bolduc Eye Care in a heartbeat.

I have been going to this eye dr for over 30 years I called and asked for my script so i could order my contacts and she said i had to pay the 40 i owed first even after i explained i only have 1 contact i cant drive,I also expressed loudly at how rude that seems I am NEVER going back and I will be letting everyone I know what they are really like, I felt helpless and she could have cared less,mind you,I have never before owed them money ever!!!!!!! Not a fair day for me ! I hope they go out of business soon

All of the staff were happy and helpful. The doctor answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed.

Absolutely horrendous service. Three times over the last year my wife and I have had issues with the office staff. Lost prescriptions, glasses not ordered, lenses ordered wrong and now they are holding $385 on my credit card and completely ignoring me and not offering assistance. Incompetent would be too kind of a word to describe this crew.
