For some reason I never saw or neither was told at checkout that you cannot return and they only do exchanges😡 I do get it cause you would loose money and I love the store and theres alot to choose from other than just costumes but I really think if you cant return you guys should atleast have a gift card option cause I would have loved to come back and maybe get some blankets or something for Christmas gifts for my kids cause they saw somethings in the nightmare before christmas and hocus pocus sections but nope I had no choice to figure out what I was gonna exchange my stuff for right then or keep what I had🙄Every employee there should be trained to make sure to mention no returns and not just expect people to see it on a receipt or on the website or have a big sign outside of their store!! I may never stop here again🤷‍♀️
