So many great items to choose from from food electronics accessories clothing and even furniture and a very cheap and affordable prices

After replacing the floor in my man cave, I felt it time for a new recliner. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection available at Big Lots, as well as other pieces of furniture. I settled on a recliner they didnt have in stock and was offered the floor model but with no discount. I accepted the offer figuring there would be no trash to throw out, plus I knew it would work properly. The sales atmosphere was very cordial and unrushed. The sales associate did promise to put a Do Not Sit sign on my purchase which was done (see photo). Honestly, Im surprised at the large variety of different items available at Big Lots, and much prefer shopping there to the big box stores. This is a very solid five star experience.

Its Big Lots! No frills. Just an ever-changing variety of stuff you may or may not need. If youre looking to save some money and dont mind off-brands, overstock or the occasional damaged package, grab a cart...the basket might not be big enough.

Well...this place is the perfect place for the saying, You get what you pay for. Good selection of furniture for those of us who cant afford anything better yet dont want someone elses used furniture. They claim to deliver, yet our 5,000,000 pound loveseat did not get delivered. Nope...hubby and his boss had to haul that puppy up to our second floor apartment! This was after, mind you, it took the associate helping my husband make the payment arrangements almost 45 minutes to complete the transaction! No idea why, the associate had no idea why either, but you have to laud the guy for sticking it out and not just running away in exasperation like I probably would have done if I was making minimum wage too...Anyway, for those of you who know what tl;dr means, basically they have cheap furniture and other goods that you can make monthly payments on, and be careful because you get what you pay for.Oh, and there is plenty of parking too.Thanks!

I love Big Lots. So much!! This is my go-to store for baby food pouches, paper products like plates and paper towels, some cleaning supplies, home decor, seasonal decor, gift wrap, some office supplies, organization stuff like decorative baskets, and even toiletries. It is a bonus that its less than 10 minutes from home for me. Im at big lots at least once a week! Five stars, hands down, every time. Good prices and friendly, helpful staff.

Always friendly service from employees who are always willing to assist you if needed. Nice selection of American made furniture. Much better than Bobs discount furniture which is all made in China. Big Lots has their furniture in stock too unlike Bobs. Items always change which makes it interesting. Always different sales and promotions.

They never have what they have in the store the guy who helps you is very rude and when I asked will you be getting it in he said ya in a month maybe 3..can you call me and let me know..nope you have to call yourself? How they stay open is beyond me why would you have furniture and not stock it? They didnt even try to offer me what was on the floor waste 8time go a nnnnnnbbbbb;__ place that Carries what is on the floor its like shopping for a vehicle and them telling you themrq/&yyy

Great store always clean and orderly, workers are very helpful. The store Manager is awesome as well, always talks to folks when they come in. They all go out of their way to be sure you find what you want.

Great bargains on some items but on others not so much. I like to stop in now and then and usually end up with a few great deals!

Great buys or so-so. Some deals & some typical priced goods, reminds me of Ames stores years ago, but with food items. Food items are hit or miss. Some are fantastic, others, so so. With a cinema nearby, they sell a ton of candy people stash going to theatre with overpriced food. Every now and then good things, like Beautys mattress covers, bargain priced. Furniture is usually nice looking but not made from quality materials. Great for kids to wreck. Priced as such too. Sometimes have a quality item thats surprisingly super durable. Kitchen items are great.

I have been to a few different Big Lots stores, and I like this one the best. Its big, well-lit, and is clean. I like the layout and selection of items as well. I enjoy coming here occassionally.

Bought furniture from here and was told it was 0% financing for 12 months. Reviewed my statement this month to find I have been charged interest over the last 6 months. Called the credit company and they claim that my purchase did not qualify for 0%. Not a fan of being lied to. Will never purchase another item from here.

Took a peek at the furniture (not to buy) and it seems pretty cheap... if youre on a tight budget, its probably good enough for short-term.The other items in the store are good enough, but a bit overpriced for what l expected in this type of retail establishment. All in all, lm glad l stopped in but lm just not compelled to visit again!EDIT: So after giving it more consideration, (l have grandchildren, 2 dogs & 2 cats...) I would probably be better off getting the cheaper furniture while theyre young... the couch l spent a good amount on is almost destroyed at this point... Ugh! So l take my words back & might just give them a try for a new couch!!Add one 🌟 ... from 3 to 4!! WE BOUGHT A FABRIC COUCH FOR $450 DOLLARS TWO WEEKS AGO FROM BIG LOTS IN BIDDEFORD. GOT IT HOME. UNWRAPPED IT. AND IT LITERALLY SMELLS OF DOG POO. WE HAD A GOOD FRIEND HELP US TRANSPORT THE COUCH AND AS SOON AS THE COUCH WAS UNWRAPPED HE ALSO SAID IT SMELLED OF DOG POO. WE HAVE BEEN SPRAYING IT WITH FEBREZZE EVERYDAY SINCE WE PURCHASED IT TO NO AVAIL. IT STILL STINKS!! NEVER WILL WE PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THEM AGAIN!! UGH!
