Guy at the gas station was awful, we tried to throw some trash away and he was very rude and yelled at us while we were pumping gas. made me feel uncomfortable. He started yelling at us before we even stopped at the pump.

Great service and promotions. Whenever Ive called Dead River, I get an actual person immediately and am not kept on hold. I like their on-line payment options. Very easy and intuitive to use. I recently switched to Dead River because of their competitive pricing but their impeccable customer service has been a welcome bonus. Youve got a new customer for life.

I had a dead river propane take disconnected 8 weeks ago. Have called several times to have them pick it up and get it out of my yard to no avail. This lack of customer service is exactly why I changed companies.

We have had Dead River come to our home about 4 times in the past week and a half, first to fill our oil tank and look at our system so we could set up a service account. After they came the first time, our boiler started to leak, which wouldnt have been an issue as they came out to fix it but they have been back to fix it multiple times but the problem still remains. We have also been trying to set up a service account for this exact reason but they keep giving us a different excuse when we call to ask why our service account has not been set up yet. We are new to the area and had heard good things about dead river, but we are extremely disappointed with their work thus far. Heavily considering moving our heating needs to another company.

Not the most aggressive when it comes to price of oil. They have been in business for years though so obviously there are people who dont mind paying extra.
