OH MY GOSH! I owe a great debt of gratitude to Kevin McIntyre, salesman at Builders Supply. Not only did he sell me a great product, he went FAR beyond the scope of his sales position. The big box stores are a great place to get lost or ignored but if you want lumber or siding, doors or windows at a good price along with great customer service Builders Supply is the place to go. Dont spend hours sorting through crooked lumber and inferior products. The inventory is a step above the big time discount houses.

We used Builders Supply to measure and order a brand new vinyl slider to replace our aging wooden french doors. Scott handled our order and was fantastic to work with. The door arrived shortly after ordering and was delivered right to our house safely and professionally. I plan to continue using Builders Supply as much as possible for my variety of home improvement projects.

This place is not run properly.no communication and you wait for siding when other places have it.they dont measure properly on your future builds.poor job at even returning your calls had to hound them for two weeks to have them come measure my metal roofing and didnt measure that right got stuck with leftover materials and they refuse to take it back.do yourself a favor and avoid these headaches go somewhere else

I was a raving fan of builders supply until recently. We purchased a custom door glass door for our mudroom. The glass had a protective film which was covered in primer so, I wasn’t able to see the glass was broken until the door was installed, painted and I went to remove the protective plastic. No big deal! These things happen. The problem is that we have reached out 3 times over the last 3 weeks and have yet to receive a call back from the one person who can help us resolve the issue. Unfortunately the after the sale service is extremely disappointing.
