Great customer service, Damion reminded of Stevie Erwin....friendly and informational. I purchased a set of 4 tires for my truck, he helped me by giving me plenty of options so we could come to the tires that best suited me. The service was done in a timely matter, with all safety measures met; even went the extra mile to make sure the tires wouldnt rub with my current set up. The tires are great quality and the ride home was excellent, no wobbles or leaks! The price on the tires was comparable to others in town so not alot of great savings, but besides shinning them up when getting home I am satisfied with the experience. Next its time to get those factory rims off of it!

I was with friend who was very concerned about a clicking noise coming from rear tire area... We stopped in at Bell tire right off exit for Big Rapids, Mi they were about to close but welcomed us with open arms ... The Man was extremely nice told us they would take vehicle around block to see what the problem was at no charge.We went to the restaurant right across from them to get a bite to eat we got some fries went back to Belle tires sat for 10 more minutes if that and her car came back it was just something loose no big deal they were like I say extremely nice and very welcoming I would go to Belle tires definitely for sure for any problems thank you Belle tire

Purchased tires. Last fall. Even purchased the extra tire warranty on all 4 tires. Today, 6-21-21 went in to have a simple tire repair done. Tire had a nail in it. But was told it would be 2 to 3 hours wait to get it repaired, if I wanted to wait or leave it and come back later. If I wanted to get an appointment, it would be 2 days out just to get an appointment to get a tire fixed. I dont have that kind of time to sit around and wait for a simple tire repair. And it could not wait until Wednesday. Wound up repairing it myself at home in about 20 minutes. When I purchased tires from Reed City Tire in the past, if I had a nail in a tire, Tammy would leave the counter and pull my car into the bay and fix it herself, right there on the spot! Guess my next tire purchase will be at a place where customer service actually gseems to means something. That place, in my opinion, IS NOT Bell Tire in Big Rapids! Sorry Bell Tire, but if thats the best you can do for me today, then Ill go elsewhere for my tires and, after sales, service, next time! It would behoove you to keep in mind that your NEXT SALE depends on the quality of the last customer service experience you provide! Gary.

These guys are great.. Had a valve stem go bad on one of my motorhome tires. Took they tire into them and they had it fixed and out the door in 20 minutes. Allowed me to get back to camping with no worries. Thank You again guys!!!

Went in for an alignment, they quickly had it done. The car is just like new again. Very happy!

Stopped in at the end of the day for a tire repair (I had an airport run extremely early the next day, so I wouldnt have time the following morning.). Their techs were very busy and it was closing time, but the nice tech behind the counter checked my tire (it was the valve stem and it was leaking alot of air!). He actually replaced the valve stem very quickly for me! I appreciated that so much! Thank you! Their quality of service was AMAZING! Especially since they could have just turned me away since they were closing. Thank you! You will have my continued business for sure.

I got my tires here, so I decided to have them do an oil change while I had them rotate the tire. I made an appointment to have the work done. These guys were amazing they managed to take a half hour job and drag it out for two hours! We sat in the waiting room and could see the car on the hoist. No one worked on it for over a halve hour. No explanation why it took so long, no apology, nothing. After reviewing my receipt it appears they were waiting for parts! Apparently they dont keep them in stock. Since I made an appointment you would think they would have made sure they had the supplies on hand before setting the time or expediting the needed parts so they were on had. I would sum up the whole experience this way, my grandmother was slow be she was old.

This is the best shop hands down. The Big Rapids location is professional, respectful, great prices, and honest workmanship. If they cant do the job they will also refer you to other shops that can help. Great Job you guys.

We had a tire warning on my car last night. Called AAA, he just put some air in the tire. This morning the tire pressure was very low and we stopped by Belle Tire and they fixed the tire and didnt charge us anything. We are 300 miles from home. We are so grateful!!

We were driving downstate to Devos for my daughter and our tire light kept coming on.We were 20 minutes out from Big Rapids and gave them a call at 6:30 pm to see if they could get us in so we could be on our way without worrying.They got us in, quickly patched the tire and got us on our way. Great service, as usual. I took my car in because it was pulling to the left. They checked the alignment but realized the problem was actually caused by worn out tires. They didnt charge me anything for about an hours worth of service.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Will not take advantage of you and is straight forward about what kind of work need to be made on the vehicle. Gives a sense of cease knowing that your vehicle are in good hands.

Employees were able to solve my leaking tire issues quickly, the only problem was I had to come back twice because they only fixed one tire when I needed all of them done. Vary nice employees, fast service. Our tire blew on the highway the day after we got it off a used car lot in Kalkaska, tires were dry rotted and we were on our way to the hospital in grand rapids. The workers got our truck in right away and by the time we were done with lunch next door it was ready to go :) so thankful for their help

STAY AWAY ONLY USE AS LAST OPTION!!!I will be filing a complaint with BBB as the employees where not able present the part that they replaced to be inspected.Reduced 2 stars because of overly priced parts. the charge nearly a 100% mark up for the same parts that you can buy your self.Reduced 1 more stars because overly priced labor. Belle Tire charges 85.00 a hour almost all the other shops in area only charge 60.00 a hour.Reduced 1 star because of charging a diagnostic fee of 80.00 on top of labor and parts. If a customer decides to proceed with having there services that fee should be credited to repair and not extra. Also almost all other Belle Tire locations give free estimates.Only positive about Belle tire transaction is that repair was completed in timely manner

While traveling, our tire blew nearby Belle Tire. We couldnt have been luckier to be near such a great location. The employees were incredibly kind and courteous and even paid special attention to our toddler son. Thank you Belle Tires for turning what could have been a bad experience into a great one!

Incompetent is the best word to describe the crew. Zero stars for them, if it was an option! I had trouble on the freeway, but was able to limp in to Bell Tire in hopes that they could replace a belt. They said they could help me, made me wait over an hour before even looking at my vehicle, then refused to do it, because there was no routing diagram under the hood. A quick google search revealed that the routing diagram is easy to find. Front dest staff has poor automotive knowledge, and poor communication with the mechanics. After they looked at my vehicle, it came out of their shop with another broken belt and a stripped out bolt on a belt adjuster. I cant say for sure if the bolt was stripped before bringing it in, but definitely suspect. Maybe they stripped it, then didnt want to deal with it, and so refused to do the work?? In any case, one of the worst experiences ever. Total waste of time.Incidentally, John at a nearby Napa Auto Parts store was knowledgeable, had the parts I needed, and even loaned me the necessary tools to fix my vehicle on the spot. 5 STARS FOR JOHN AT NAPA!!!

SUPER friendly and professional, I love the customer service I experienced both first hand and by observation. Definitely recommend this location, they are busy at times but they are really nice and give an honest time frame. Will for sure come back if I need any sort of work done. My car was taken care of in a timely manner they really do care about their customers.

They did a bang up job very quickly and Im satisfied with it, but I was under the impression that my car was to get a, I think it was a 21 point inspection. But some guy there tested positive for covid 19 and they shut down for the day, so I never got that, probably dont get it now..other than that it was great

My husband and I were on our way to camp and had a bad tire on our camper and it’s an older camper it was late in the day all 4 had to be replaced. They said it would be an hour an a half but they did it in a half hour since we had a drive! Best service from the time we got there to the time we left! Was extremely disappointed. They tried selling my a $200+ rim didnt need. I asked to try my own rim they wouldnt. They sold me one, now I question if I even needed that one. I was there over two and half hours for one tire change. I went to big rapids tire and explained to them and they inspected and took care of me. Saved me over$200. Go to Steve at big rapids tire.!

These guys took care of my starter same day and faster than they quoted me. I was looking at 500$ in towing to get my car home and the price of a starter for my H3 just for me to be able to work on it.. This belle tire got my car in and out with quickness and efficiency.

4/6/2020 I went to Belle tire in Big Rapids. I had ordered tires for my truck online prior to going there. Belle tire charged me $30 a tire for mounting and balancing. Which I found outrageous. Then... They broke a locking lug which they obviously werent going to tell me until I walked back in to explain that the key to those lugs was in my glove box. They proceeded to tell me I needed new lugs.... Apparently mine on my 2011 F-150 were bad. $120 for new lugs.... Except they used 4 old lugs on my passenger side rear. So... I paid for all new lugs and didnt get what I paid for. Also.... They put scratches up my bed on my passenger side. The reason I know this.... I just had my passenger side of the truck detailed after a recent accident. So I knew my truck was properly polished/buffed prior to going to Belle tire. I will never go there again as I feel theyre over priced and obviously dont care about customers vehicles. I waited 12 hours or so to post this review as if I would have posted last night after I realized what they had done.... It would have been a more harsh review. I hope the employees of that location take these negative reviews to heart and learn from them.

Went to Belle tire on Friday 9/11 because I had a flat tire when I came out of work. Took it in and they said that the valve stem was rotted out so they rebuilt it and replaced it. Well the next day I have a flat tire AGAIN. Took it to somewhere local and it had a nail in it that they had to patch and they said they did not rebuild the stem. Alls belle tire did was clean it. Not impressed! Was planning on getting all four tires replaced here but will most certainly not now! Will never do business here again.

My tire popped and I was extremely discouraged about having to pay a lot or wait a long time to get it fixed. Belle Tire had the cheapest price and could get me in sooner than my scheduled time. Every time I spoke with them about my appointment, they were able to bring the price down even more and get me in even sooner than previously mentioned. The entire staff was great, especially Nic. Will always come back!!

Very impressed with the follow up by Brandon, the store manager in addressing an issue l had. Initially they had charged me $80 to do a diagnostic on something that ultimately was beyond the scope of their repair facility. The diagnostic took about 15 minutes. Despite that, they still charged me the $80 which l thought was a little unfair. In the salesmens defense he was new and only following the rules and at no time did l feel like he was trying to scam me. l shared my experience in the survey and Brandon emailed and then called me personally to help resolve it. He completely understood and offered to compensate me for this which really restored my faith in Belle tire as a company and particularly how ethical this particular store is in dealing with customers. Thanks Brandon youve definitely won back my business!

I didn’t catch his name because he had a coat on but they help me get air in my tires after going to multiple places with no luck. They were crazy busy with it being first snow of year and still helped me with a smile. I’m very appreciative!

Good Place To Buy Tires

I was running late for the appointment my husband had made for new tires to be put on my vehicle. I called Belle Tire to let them know. The customer service representative was gracious and told me to travel safely. I was greeted politely when I arrived and the work on my vehicle began right away. I waited in the nice, clean waiting area. The new tires were installed in a timely manner. I paid my bill and was on my way with my nice new tires.

My son is a student at Ferris State University, Many hours away from home, his Alternator started going out. I personally called and spoke with Brandon and explained the situation and what we thought the issue was. And Brandon provided an estimate worst case scenario of a $625 repair. I was very happy they only fixed what was needed for $429.00 and was fixed the same day. I Very much appreciated taking care of my son and his car when I am so far away. Highly recommend Belle Tire! Thank you again!

Honestly I found that they’re overpriced for mostly everything they do. I also found that they’ll give you a list of things that need done but once I took it to my regular mechanic they said it was fine. Lastly the customer service could use some serious work. Overall I recommend shopping around and finding a better price and friendlier associates.

I just spent the better part of an hr and 5 calls before finally having someone pick up the phone at the Big Rapids MI location. Then after getting a flat repair quote of (FREE) from a Belle Tire in Grand Rapids MI the Big rapids belle tire was going to charge me. Very unprofessional and very negligent towards phone calls. If the customer service in person is better than I will change my review.

The first time I have ever been into a Bell Tire was 3/21/19. I did not have an appointment. I had a flat. They got me in immediately. Their customer service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend them and will go back. I believe it was an assistant manager that helped me - Herzog? But not sure. He was awesome.

Shysters. I went in to buy 2 tires. They told me they would only sell tires in sets of 4. I said that was ridiculous, as I had two nearly new tires and only needed to replace 2. They wouldnt budge. They only sell in sets of 4. Until I walked away. Then they suddenly could sell just 2. But it had to be the brand *they* wanted. No other option. And it would cost $272. And they wouldnt have the tires in for a week. Short story, I went to a competitor. They replaced the two tires, rotated my tires, etc, etc. Total cost was $138, and done right away (not next week). I certainly wont ever be using Belle Tire. More than double the price, and no customer service. They must work on a commission basis, and try to jack up prices accordingly. No thanks.

Been to this location twice so far, Ive had a good experience both times. Matt with the sales/customer service team was super real with me, telling me what was going on with my car. It was a no bull experience. So far I have been very satisfied.

Incompetence at its finest, been back there multiple times over a flat tire. Every time Ive had a flat (always the same they wheel) theyr the tire. Next day, brand new tire is flat. They say my wheel isnt cracked and just keep putting new tires on my vehicle but wont put the wheels on my vehicle that I bought, saying its corporate policy to not put on customer supplied parts. Greed at its finest. Managers are always rude and lie to cover up the lack of skill in the techs they hire. I tell them I need an alignment, they say no we checked and the vehicle is in spec. Vehicle pulls to the right now worse than when I dropped it off. Id rather take my vehicle to some backwoods mechanic at this point, theyd literally do a better job.

Very good experience today at Big Rapids Belle tire. Went in to have winter tires changed over both sets having been purchased at Belle in last 12 months. There were issues with my TPMS valve stems and 2 broke. Team took care of issue with new replacements at no charge. Showed me printout that an alignment was needed. 20 minutes later I was on my way. Only regret is that I did not get printout of alignment when completed. Great team and very friendly!
