Knowledgeable sales staff, advice greatly appreciated

The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant.

Staff is always helpfull and i love the return policy. Ive never had to return anything yet beacuse all the sugestions ive gotten so far have worked amazing. Only critic i have is i wish they had a slightly bigger gel polish selection. With the Covid going on the gel polish shelves have been scarce.

I went in and talked with the employee and explained to her that somebody covered my blue hair with black dye and messed it up terribly and wanted her advice on how to get it out and get it to a base color I could dye dark red. She handed me a few packets and developer and said if you use this then you will get a dirty blonde. Fair enough. Got home and used it all and before you ask ive bleached hair a million times before so i know what Im doing the blue and black was just new for me. Well lets just say I didnt end up with dish water blonde I looked like Harley Quinn but with the green instead of blue. After that I had to go and figure out a different product to fix it but to say the least Im not amused and I cant come in and say anything because of moving out of state on Monday. But Im not happy that I had to go out and spend more money just to fix that.

I feel like this is obvious. They have cheap(er) products on comparison to drug/department stores. I also appreciate the fact that the staff doesnt constantly check on me or breathe down my neck while Im shopping!!

Love coming here. Staff is always very helpful and the prices are low!!!
