It was a busy day, but had to go shopping anyhow... Oh how I dislike the big shopping stores.Only this time. It wasnt so bad they had everything I needed and some of what I wanted.Line went fast cashier was fasted and I stayed in my budgeting...Thank you Walmart.

Worst smelling Walmart I have ever been in. The bottle return area needs a thorough cleaning. The horrible smell, right as you enter the food section, certainly doesn’t encourage you to buy food.

Lots of food that likes to jump in even when you go in for 1 item, and friendly service reps and cashiers what could you want.

Its Walmart, I love Walmart. What makes a difference to me is the people! Washington state, where Im from.....MOST people are just rude! Here, ANYTIME I said hello to anyone, guess what....they said HI back. They were polite, respectful and nobody I encountered were in there pajamas....lol!

Lack of foods, deli was empty of coleslaw, tater salad, mac salad. Soft drinks were very limited. Check-out lanes were long

Easy to get oil change, but did not give it a 5 because cost a little high. Dealer does oil change and tire rotation and washes vehicles at a lower price

Very pleased. Service was good as usual. Electric carts need to be serviced a little better but they worked most of the time I was driving one.

Spoiled food/ damaged product.prices are getting too high. Check out is a train wreck. No problem getting a refund but im grocery shopping some where else.

Gin was awesome help tonight! I was running slightly late for my pickup order (my fault) but when I arrived at 8:05pm no one answered the phone.I went inside to customer service (because no one answered the main phone when I called) and spoke with them. They said ‘someone’ will be out to help. I waited patiently and Gin arrived to save the day.I do find it funny that my order will get delayed but heaven forbid I’m 5 minutes late.. no one was waiting for me, that’s for sure.Thank you!

Store seemed to be clean! Things were flying off of the shelves, due to FSU move-in days but, we were able to get most of what we wanted.

Great store but today very bad service. There is this lady at self checkout,very rude and unpleasant. Didnt want to help out with price check saying i dont have anybody in price check today, so i end up leaving all 10 of thems. Even her coworker was shaking her head that is how rude she was . When asked to to cancel item she yelled to do it myself.Please eliminate bad apples that make this wonderful store look bad.

This is a fairly standard Walmart. I do wish they had a better selection of Gatorade and Powerade.

Not all Walmart employees are customer-centric. A couple consistently good ones. Some very problematic ones. So-much-so that, as of today, I stopped shopping at Walmart. Had 2 employee confrontations and multiple refusals to get the store manager

You just cant beat the happy hour here. Friendly waitresses and waiters everybody enjoys being there better than being at home I guess.

This store has a good produce section and store is always clean. The night team and its manager do a fantastic job of getting the place set up for the next days customers. Staff is always kind and helpful. Much better than its counterpart in Mt. Pleasant.

They must be short staffed. The shelves were getting bare. However customer service is excellent.

I shop here a LOT. At least once every other week, or every week for groceries, also get most of my plants, lawn care items, and household stuff from here. A lot of times they have the products I want, or something similar enough it is switchable. Obviously has the cheapest prices around and generally the most variety of items in opossed to any other stores around. The store usually is pretty clean, easy to find stuff in, and the staff is nice despite an often hectic, stressful atmosphere due to the sheer number of customers. I never see any of the managers. Legend has it they vanished long ago, to never return. Lol. Kidding. The cashiers are the real MVPs of this store, always trying their best to fight back the gigantic, long lines even tho theres never really enough of them. Thats the reason for the star off. Despite the staff that is present being generally nice and effective at their jobs, there arent ENOUGH employees to lessen the checkout lines.

As for all Walmarts, great prices, but terrible customer service, never enough lanes open, never enough staff. Same ol same ol.

Normally a great place to shop. Employees are helpful when you have questions. Try to avoid any students you see, they didnt have masks and were spraying the perfume.

By far one of the worst Walmarts Ive shopped at. Always out of everything which can be very frustrating. I have shopped at over 200 different Walmarts throughout the US and this one is the worst. Its clean and employees are friendly, but something is seriously wrong with their reordering system since they constantly run out of many products. I have decided until I leave Michigan I will shop at Meijer next door and spend the few extra bucks and save the frustration.

The last 2 times I’ve been to this store the store has been relatively clean and well stocked, but the number of people there with no masks is outrageous. Being a senior citizen this is very important to me. I’ll be steering clear of this store for a while. Meijer still requires masks.

Over the Phone Customer service isnt very helpful. Called to ask a question about the Service desk and was transferred to incorrect areas 5 times before finally reaching the desk.In store service is pretty good, though. Many employees are very helpful!

Walmart is the best place to buy prescriptions, toiletries and vitaminsAisles are perfectly marked and goods are displayed in a clean manner

Wasnt ONE empty cart in whole store. People were walking back to parking lot to get carts. I walked back to parking lot, and left. Went to Meijer !!!

At this moment with covid, they only had a certain amount of registers open. It took us at least 45 mins. to a hour to check out. The self checkouts didnt take cards, which they should. The employees are going by the rules, which I was very impressed with and have respect for them for doing this. Just, too many customers had no mask on and that I didnt care for. That was the only thing that was disturbing, but understandable. But overall, it was nice.

Prices are good and the workers r usually really polite

It seems like I get seconds away from an accident every time I go there because people drive insane through their parking lot. The store is organized a little odd but not too bad.

The order pick up area is very well organized but the bottle/can return machines are not very good. You have to use 1 machine for plastic and 1 for cans and the bets that cans and bottle go on do not move well and seem slow better machines would be nice

Store is clean and staff if friendly. Prices match the same as all Walmarts. I do have to say this one seems more stocked .

This walmart is not a bad one compared to a few others I have visited. They are able to keep many of there employees who are great at interacting with customers, and remember me each time I visit. The store is clean and pretty well organized when I visit. All in all not a bad walmart at all.
