This is the only business in the Big Rapids area that does not give you change back from your purchases. They are STEALING from you. Adds up over the course of a week, month. Do not do business here.

Great gas station. Awful car wash. While the lights are pretty the wash is trash. After 2 $9 best washes my suburbans rims and back window still had a film of dirt. Save your money and go across town to the soft cloth hands free is not worth it

Stopped to quick get gas & use the restroom & I was honestly surprised! Cleanest and best smelling gas station bathroom I’ve been at lol... I’m very particular and it surpassed my expectations 100%

Good news: they have a Jimmy John’s and car wash. Bad news: slowest car wash ever. I’ve been waiting 45 minutes and there were only 8-10 cars in line front of me. I’m finally second in line :(

Very clean inside and out. Up to date.The gas station portion customer service is not good.And if your cards chip doesnt work, prepare to use the atm because there is no swipe option. I have literally gone just about every other place in big rapids and had no problems other than insert three times THEN swipe. Apparently this isnt a thing at this has station...

Diffently not a 24 hour gas station ALWAYS closed when I get up around 2am

This is probably one of the cleanest, most up to date gas station I have ever been in. Complete with Jimmy Johns inside, and a coffee and capachino selection that makes McDonalds look silly. #McJohnnysShout out to Dale and Oris, thanks for consistent great customer service.

Stopped here on a long trip from family Christmas in Northern Michigan back to Chicago late night. Very clean and bright! But the real star of this place was the woman working late on Christmas day. Such a genuine person. Made the rest of my long tiresome drive much better.

Shell has the proper gasoline additives. This store is nice ... compete with a Jimmy Johns inside.

My daughter stopped for gas and their card machine wouldnt take her card so they got the manager and she told my daughter she could leave her name and number and to go to walmart and get cash back come back and pay or she could call it a drive off she was treated like a criminal because their machine wasnt working took over a half hour of her time my family will never be seen in that rathole again she had no problem getting a sub from jimmy johns and they knew that but because their machine was broke they acted like it was my daughters fault (never again) someone shoud be fired my daughter was devastated
