Good store for cheaper products. Just dont be fooled by there extended warranty if you buy a sofa. I got one for a friend they have problems with it now theyre telling us they cant find the paperwork. Buyer beware

Every time I go here they always have everything Im looking for! The staff is friendly without fail each time I visit and they are all super helpful. This is by far the best Big Lots location Ive been to!

Saw some good things in there, hoping to go back and buy some things soon.

Bought a sofa cover from the store but it was of wrong size. So went to return it and there they showed attitude especially the lady named dipti.She directly said that the product is used as I was not able to repack it. We trust them but they don’t.Useless. Manager take a note if see the post. Otherwise will never recommend the big lots.

The manager was a total jerk I will be reaching out to corporate.Update: I did reach out to corporate and a higher manager within the Billerica store got back to me. I was in surgery the day that he called but he left me a very nice voicemail very quickly after my complaint.I havent had a chance to get back out there, but I will update further when I go again and hopefully be able to increase their Stars.

Went once years ago. Didnt like it. This time I got so intrigued by all the nice things. Definitely will be back. Josh the cashier is wonderful! Working in retail.... keep him at all costs.

I love the new changes looks bigger and open defenitely catches your eye.

Store was pretty clean. About an 8 out of a 10. Registers were speedy and the woman I had at the register was polite and asked if I had the rewards card. All in all a good visit. Covid19 precautions were good as well.

Good social distancing in place. The store is basically a smaller k-mart. Everything from furniture to toiletries... the lines are rarely long with nice staff.

When you buy cheap furniture at a discount store, you typically sacrifice quality for a lower price. However, Big Lots sells high-quality furniture at a low cost.

Was very disappointed went in to purchase a rocker recliner and they only had 2 total in stock, very sad to see this store lose its quality and stock. Maybe its closing also because of covid.

The product I researched and confirmed that it was available and in stock, turned out not to be the case. I drove 25 minutes each way and ended up ordering it from Amazon while parked on Big Lots lot. Staff was nice though, and tried to help.

Big Lots is a weird shopping experience. They do have some good buys but they carry a really weird assortment of things. In one corner of the store they have furniture while up front they have food. Closeout kitchen small appliances next to planters. If you know what you want and are willing to hunt you can get some good values. The frequent shopper program is good.

A massive store with reasonable prices in a strip mall has just been redone to make it more visually attractive. It could have been done better but its a significant improvement from what it looks like. Customer service is very kind. The place has everything from furniture to whatever else you can imagine.The isles are stacked with a variety of different items in the fairly neat configuration. The prices are reasonable to the low side. Theres free parking right in front of the store.The place is visible because of its large sign from the main highway. I find this as it typical store with discount items almost everywhere.In the parking is free and is plenty of it. I certainly recommend Im visiting this store which is centrally located.

Very customer oriented and friendly

I love how this is a discount store but does not feel like a discount store. Shelves and aisles are not cluttered, its brightly lit and store personnel actually interact pleasantly with you. Sure, it may not have the widest possible variety of something you are looking for. But the shopping experience is much more pleasant.

Cannot decide how much they can get for fireplaces! 1st 100 off then 50 off now 150 off. The right price for the 599 models was 429 from the getgo and an additional 10% on sale days. They succeeded in turning everybody off by bouncing up and down!!

They did a fantastic job on my shopping experience here. Every associate I met here was a pleasure to talk to. Particularly noteworthy were Sean and Pattrick (on the phone). They were very patient to my questions. Sean especially helped me load all the stuff into the cargo van. Even adviced me with useful tips to unload the furniture. We (my pregnant wife and me) were delighted to a great extent with the quality of service No fuss, no ego issues.. great customer service!

Some things (imported Poland) are good quality and priced low, some things are overpriced (for example light bulbs). Good place to shop, just be careful.

I usually love biglotts but they happen to be doing a little remodeling so store was not as full of merchandise as it usually is. Im sure once done and restocked it will be nice again but this last trip it was depleted and didnt have anythin i went there for.

Decent store - decent prices

The good thing about this place is that I found an amazing tv stand in red that looks great in my new house.The bad thing is that it took (no exaggeration) a half hour to find somebody to help, in which she told ME to go to the front desk to page somebody. After starting to tell me how to use their intercom system, she got irritated - probably because I looked dumbfounded - and said never mind and did it herself. A man got the giant 90kg box in the back for us and left us in the back with the dolly to take it up front ourselves. The lovely older cashier (I think she was an assistant team leader) was absolutely appalled that I was pushing a dolly with more weight than I weigh myself. (She got us help to load it in th car.)I dont know if the employees here care about customers, but I got a stand that looks great. If you want to do the legwork yourself then this is the place to be.

Its Big Lots, its not supposed to be 5 stars. You never know what youll find.
