Extra Space and Kristina have been amazing!! The storage unit is always clean and I always felt safe going there alone even late at night! I recommend Extra Space to everyone!!

This storage space is great! When I called I was helped by Christina who was very knowledgeable and professional. She happily assisted me with the difficulty of selecting the appropriate unit, and managing the logistics of planning and securing my items for a large move. She also assisted me with setting up a worry free payment plan. Excellent customer service.

Kristina at Extra Space Storage was so helpful when I had an issue she did everything she could to help me resolve it. She even came down to check if I needed anything a few hours later while I was moving my things out of the unit. I 100% would recommend this facility to my family and friends!

Place is brand new, staff is friendly. These should allow access 24/7 but no, they close at 10.

I love everything about the new location on cook street! Wiley the manager there is very nice and was extremely helpful! I feel safe having my things at this facility and I’m grateful that if I have any issues or questions ever in the future that they will be handled correctly with Wiley as a manager here. I highly recommend this storage facility!!

The facility is brand new and incredibly nice! We especially liked that we could drive right up to our units, making packing and unpacking seamless. Wiley the manager of the facility was very helpful and made it an easy transition. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Walked in to the new facility and was met by the manager, Wiley Settle who was friendly and knowledgeable. Wiley gave me a tour of the facility and was very attentive to my needs. Wiley took the time and searched surrounding facilities to help me find a space that fit my needs and budget. Wiley was the reason why I choose the Cook Street facility.
