I called to place an order of balloons for a baby shower, discussed at length that I wanted the pacifier balloon set, was quoted the right price, gave my card information and was charged. Went to go pick up said balloons…the ladies working first of all couldn’t “find” my order as one lady told me that I must have spoken with another woman who had already ended her shift, then I find out that a balloon arrangement had already been made for me, but it was NOT what I asked for. The woman explained that she was unable to refund me and that in order to “fix” the problem I would have to ALSO purchase the RIGHT order. Long story short, and $40 later I got my $12 arrangement that I expected to be ready when I got there after spending an additional 20 minutes in the store. I guess don’t call in orders?

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. I have stopped on similar stores all over the country and am typically disappointed. I found the prices here to be very reasonable. I was also impressed by the counter dedicated to personalizing nearly anything. They do offer a wide variety of stock party supplies as well. I do wish they had a little more in stock but the prices would be back for sure!

Love the variety and that they are always trying new soups. The ingredients are always fresh and the salad bar is awesome . The bread sticks are hot and delicious Everytime we go in . Nice healthy alternative to fast food. The only thing that would be a nice change once in a while is maybe change the pasta and potato salad and try something new.

Good as always. Crunchy, salty, greasy, and delicious. Service was quick and easy, and it all tastes good. Even the desserts.

Incredibly rude and inattentive. We have not been to this location in a long time and will not be back. The girls in the heights are very polite and helpful, but these old bitties have no idea how to interact with customers.

My son had a school project due that he needed a top hat and fake mustache for. We were able to find both here.
