I was with reefer problem and pay 1200$ for get repaired but they change parts wich its not needed and get out from there with same problem be careful when you have big problems with unit they just take money from you but you remain with same problem if you got choice to go to the other shop just go there dont stop by,thank you

I had a problem with my truck not starting. They sent Casey out who came to the loves 40 miles away from their location to tell me I needed a starter. I told him my starter was just replaced 4 months ago. He put the starter on the truck and it still did not crank. He then put 4 new batteries in the truck after trying to jump start it and it cranked. He said I would need to come to the shop to test my batteries. Once I drove to Interstate he then said I needed an alternator and his supervisor had him remove the starter he installed and install the alternator. I was charged $2100 for him guessing because it was 12hrs of labor. Once I left the shop my low power alarm started beeping all the way to Washington where my truck did the same thing as soon as I turned it off. It lost all power. I called a local company out of Washington to come out and they actually tested each cable and said my ground wires were lose and had corrosion build up. After he cleaned the wires in the battery compartment and tighten them the truck started right up. I called interstate and sent pics of the actual problem and my receipt of only $418 vs $2100 and never received a reply. Do not waist your time or money.

Absolutely the best. My truck broke down in Billings and got towed here.I was greeted kindly by Amanda at the service desk. My truck issue was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The repairs were done and I was kept informed of the progress by the mechanic.Importantly the bill was very reasonable for the work done.I hope I dont break down around here any time soon, but if I do I know where Ill go.

Im very happy with them. I had an oil leak on the compressor on the refer and they got me right in fixed the shaft seal and changed the injection pump per a factory recall. Austin was the tech that worked on it and did a great job.

Arrived at 1245 Monday morning, waited for them to open at 0730.. had an emergency with the reefer, under a load. They were quick to get me in, and very thorough ensuring the reefer was working correctly before they were done.. highly recommended them

I had a reefer unit shut down in dickenson, ND on the weekend. I called this shop and got their emergency guy Andrew. He spent at least an hour instructing me extremely well to troubleshoot and get the unit running. Unfortunately, even with his professional instruction I didnt get the unit started.He had tried to save me money but after the time he put in I was happy to pay him when I made it to the shop in billings and he had it running in about an hour and half. If it had been summer he would have saved over 10k of product, and it was he got it sorted Nd me on the road so I could beat the snow over lookout pass.Good guy. My previous work on an APu was handled really well too. Not the cheapest but certainly worth every penny.

The service here is brilliant, from the receptionist to the parts manager they all were polite, professional and helpful. Their efficiency was excellent as well following up quickly with phone calls. I had been into service departments with my bus 3 times in the last 6 months and none of them were at this calibre where i walked away knowing everything that needed or could have been done was. I highly recommend this company.

Had a refer issue while on the way to second stop. My trailer was in the shop within 20 minutes of talking to office girl Amanda and tech guy Rob was under the trailer. It felt like a demo service, really!! Theres something magical about this place, like absence of chaos and presence of piece and calm. I appreciate you guys being out there!! Recently I purchased a 2004 IH 7300 4x4 with a worn out DT466 engine. I had the truck delivered to Interstate Power Systems in Billings for an Allison transmission service and thats when I soon realized this shop was different from the rest.I ended up having this shop replace the entire engine, rebuild the front steering, repair the aircon, a complete brake and bearing service, a trans service and sensor replacement and many other items that needed attention.Their work was fairly priced and most importantly was of of the highest quality.It was my pleasure to work with Amanda Thurston, Pat Willoughby and Ron Hergett and the many other skilled technicians in that shop.
