I went to return an unopened item and the lady working told me no returns. I asked why and she just told me no returns, period, end of story. This just seems to be poor customer service and I will never return. I will buy my product elsewhere. Not only that, but the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional and treated me like garbage. Very disappointed and I spend a lot of money there. Never returning.
