I was greeted at the door. Asked if I needed assistance and then I was granted my space to shop. Very kind and professional. I ended up getting deals on multiple of my purchases and I came out very happy with my gifts. I will definitely be back. If there was a down side, it would be that as a man of 64 and larger build there usually isnt much in that department. My entire family is tall even the females and they would like the same availability.

The last few times being there no one can come in because everyone is on break, its also the only store to block the doors from customers as well as basically enforce a dress code. Uninviting atmosphere, and nonsense. Done shopping here.

The store employees and manager was extremely rude. My 7 year old niece had rushed into the store ahead of me because she wanted to show me something that I had been looking for for several years that had been out of stock for years. Because she had gotten into the store ahead of me, the employee and then the manager found it more improper it to allow an unaccompanied minor to roam their store and they fit to block me and then argue with me about my medical exemption of not wearing a mask. The manager became very belligerent lying to my face even after I complied with her orders still hounded me through the store as I let my seven-year-old nice show me the item in question. Because of the employees and managers actions I decided not to purchase the item told Goldie employees this is what Ive been looking for but I would not support a store that would act this way towards customers and probably left with my niece. Its a shame a wonderful company has such horrible employees and policies. And cannot follow federal laws and guidelines and willingly breaks the laws.

Never have I been told at any store that I couldn’t touch the folded shirts, if I wanted to look at them, (since not all were shown on the wall) I would have to ask the associate for help. So I told her we would shop elsewhere then! I’m a 34 year old paying customer that came in specifically to get my family of 6 some cool Disney shirts for our Disneyland trip this summer, and I came out so offended and will probably never go back in there again. I will say the male that was working greeted us right when we walked in and pointed us toward the Disney shirts but it was the female that was completely rude. This was Saturday 3/30 around 5 pm

Great store with amazing employees. Love the diversity it offers in clothing and style. Anything unique you can pretty much find here. They almost always have sales that are well worth the visit. It does offer a military discount so dont be afraid to ask.

Was going to stop in and look around yesterday as I like band shirts and was looking for a Pink Floyd giddier for my husband and I! The young girl at the door snapped at me asked what I was looking for, I told her and she was like we don’t have those ! Well so much for looking around to see what else I may have bought!

Its been awhile since Ive been here. Was really wanting to check out their selection of vinyl. Unfortunately they no longer carry any music. Sad day 😢 Staff was helpful, nice clean store. Great place for T-Shirts

Used to shop here a lot as a teenager, got some cute body jewelry. Clearance rack for jewelry was buy 1 get two free so I got a good deal.

The employees are always friendly, i remember one time i was trying to get an alternative press magazine and the bar code scanner thingy didnt work. so, they typed in the numbers, still didnt work. i wasnt ready to hold up the line, so i said i could just go without, but they said they would figure something out and i would get the product i came in for. eventually, they did get it to work. this is one of the many amazing experiences ive had at this store.

The local hot topic rarely is inviting to costumers. Employees give a sense that customers are not supposed to look through merchandise that is folded in anyway shape or form. Apparently thats not a way to shop for clothing at the local Billings Hot Topic. Every single time Ive purchased or attempted to purchase something at this store I have had other customers blatantly cut the line while the cashier does nothing. The managers lack of warmth makes me feel that it would just be better for her personally if no one shopped here.

Hot topic has a wide selection of anime and pop culture memorabilia, they also have a calming atmosphere that is sure to remind you of your awkward teenage years when you loved my chemical romance and your favorite show was one piece and it was a simpler time when your ex-wife wasnt hounding you about your alimony payment, but she has a job so why am I still paying her, we didnt even have kids, thats right. I wanted kids and she said no. BUT IM STILL PAYING HER $700 A MONTH FOR WHAT???? Overall pleasant store.

Pricy but love the bands and the shirts they have. And not mention the amazing staff that are so willing to help the customers out. Keep up the good work!.

It was okay. I went in with my daughter and we spent some money buying some stuff that she likes.

Way to go Hot topic!!!! Was in today looking at some items to buy. There was some perfume/cologne we were looking at buying. There was no testers. I was looking at the box and the top slid off so I pulled the bottles out and smelled the cap. I DID NOT spray them!!! Now I had an employee yell from half way across the room you cant do that the testers were stollen!. Now I was going to bye these and a few other items. I quickly said oh im sorry the box was already open. and while I was closing the box back up and asking my MIL what she thought of them the employee yelled back you cant do that. And she continued to mumble under her breath to other employees near her. At this point I was over buying anything but decided to try to be nice and try to have a civil conversation with her about someone stealing products. So I said someone really stole these huh? And she glances up and IGNORED ME!!!!!!! Mumbled something to her coworkers and after almost a min she said very rudely and unprofessional Yup ...Okay this is where I walked out . I said Okay thank you for being rude. I am sorry, the box was already open. And leftNot to mention we were never greated or had any of the staff who were standing around talking ask if we needed any help!.

Older female manager is very rude. She was rude the first time we came in (it was about 40 min before the mall closed). We felt pressured to leave, she was rude and you could tell she wanted us out. Then about a week and a half later we came back in, and the same woman accused my little sister in law of stealing. It was obviously a race thing, she told the manager that she bought it, the manager did not believe her so she asked me (I am white, My little sis in law is native american). I cannot believe how rude that woman is and I truly hope that she will be fired soon. Dont work in retail if you are going to treat customers like that.

The food was very poor. Everything was over seasoned and excessively spicy. Overall It was a terrible experience.

Rude customer service. Various selections of clothing has dramatically decreased. I dont hate the store, I just dislike it. Some redeeming qualities. Their horribly dyed cheap womens jeans are overpriced and often after the first wash will never be as bright. The denim jeans are nice and well dyed but still overpriced. You would be better off shopping online.

Im appalled with a rude remark a shorter male with darker skin & long hair (employee) made in this store upon my entrance. When I entered the store I was greeted at the door by a younger male, I was a little unsure if he asked how I was or just said hello, but I acknowledged him with a smile. I work as a manager in retail, so I know how it is to be ignored when greeting customers entering my store so I made a point to at least smile even though I was unable to hear what the employee said to me. I made it a few steps when I hear almost instantly after making it fully into the store someone shout THANK YOU JACOB I turned around to see a familiar employee smirking. I found this extremely rude, and I held my tongue in the situation, and turned right back around and left the store. Im writing this review in hopes that their SM/DM is aware of the kind of ass-hats he/she has working in their Billings store. I would be embarrassed if I found out anyone in my work was acting this way to customers.
