Really nice folks👍🏻 Awesome little shop they have with Lunch & Dinner. Ice cream choices are pretty cool😎 Will be bad!My only suggestion would be... maybe stock some glass bottle Faygo soda in there, perfect atmosphere for it.

Went here after shopping most of the day in Billings, with my 14 year old son. We each got the ultimate shake, him the ultimate Montana shake and me the Ultimate Smores. They were amazing! It was busy but we only waited about 5 minutes. They have seating inside and out, which was nice. I highly recommend taking kids of all ages here, they will not be disappointed. Oh, and they have coffee drinks too!

Great options that are delicious. Seating area is very clean and welcoming. Staff super friendly and helpful. My son got a gift certificate from his teacher and was very impressed.

Went for Banana split...Not on menu ....Young man that took order made us feel like he was doing us a favor...table not clean from prior guest with crumbs and strains on table...Wifes float was good and Ice cream was satisfactory...Not the best but not the worst..

This place is awesome. Months ago, when I was pregnant, I was dying for a milkshake. I showed up at a time when they were closed (per posted hours, my mistake) and I was going to be sad, but coincidentally the owners were arriving to do some work just as I was ineffectually trying to open the locked front door. They opened the store for me and made me a milkshake. Enough said, and it was delicious.

They have ice cream and sandwiches. Nice place, not a lot of selection.

Great service and spectacular milkshakes! My kids were thrilled with what they got and I felt like the price point was fair. The lack of parking really suck though so beware of the fact there is no parking lot and you have to park on the street.

Its June 10, 2021, bunch of surly kids working behind the counter, we greated them, no response. Americano was very bitter. Overall, if I had to do it again I would would keep going. Pass on this place, do not recommend.

Unique treats and great flavors! The ultimate milkshakes are a work of art! Even the plain old cake cones have a chocolate-dipped rim to add a special touch.Sweet Haven has lots of variety. From a soda fountain feel to sandwiches and soup and even specialty coffee items, including affogato (ice cream with coffee overtop).

Yuck. Not with the calories. Affogato was a bust, cheap ice cream floating way too much in watery coffee. Not even an attempt at espresso.

We’re from Oregon and staying down the street from this little joint while my husband works in town. We just couldn’t stomach one more fast food or heavy restaurant meal, so my husband ordered a couple sandwiches to go. It was just what we needed, like good home cooked hot hoagie sandwiches. Yummy, priced fairly, clean and courteous service.

Slow, horrible customer service. Sitting around instead of filling grub hub or food delivery orders. Would not recommend

One of our favorite places!!!! Everything is homemade and delicious! My daughter says “We cannot express ourselves with these stars. If only there were more, we could!”

Brayden, the young man running the shop now, is very friendly and legit makes the best shake Ive ever had! A must try if youve never been there!

Right away walking in clean, fun, and friendly! Theyre definitely pros at making these delicious milkshakes as they whipped them up fast. Sure they are decadent but not as rich as you would think. I cant remember the names of ours one was I love candy or something or other and the other one was Huckleberry...both ssoooo good! The folks there were very friendly and helpful cant wait to come back❣

This place is a hidden gem! They serve Wilcoxen’s ice cream which is a big plus for me. My kiddos both ordered specialty milkshakes that almost looked too good to eat. Very cute small town ice cream shop feel to the space. The staff were great, both were very friendly and hard working! I didn’t see either of them leaning at all while we were there. If they weren’t serving they were cleaning. We will be back for sure.

Portions are ridiculously small. You order a pizza sandwich that comes with four piddly slices of sausage... A handful of slices of pepperoni and a ridiculous mound of cheese. Yet they did not include the sauce that they advertised. If this is what your food is like then I can only assume everything at your place is terrible
