This is a smaller toys r us, but it has everything you need. All toys! Its a wonderful place to take your kids. Whenever I go, I find myself turning into a kid myself. Wanting to buy everything for my child and being amazed by all the new toys they have come out with. There prices are very reasonable. Some stuff is more expensive, but they do offer a lot of sales. With the toys r us rewards card we get money back (coupons) to go towards a future purchase and I love that! Every time I have been to this store the staff and store associates are always smiling, friendly, and a great help!

You know its unfortunate that American Business icon such as Toys R Us is going out of business. I remember my parents taking me there and I got my first Huffy bike there. My dad used to take us there just to kill some time playing and have fun. But I understand its hard to compete with online businesses like Amazon, but Toys R Us has always been overpriced, hardly any help, let alone you want to say hi to you. Now that I have my own kids, I thought itd be great to start being able to take them there, but it wasnt. The environment was just so... Not appealing. That being said, we still took our kids and theyre just because, its Toys R Us! I really wish that they would have done better with their marketing and their management of the business. But either way itll suck that Jeffrey is gone. To those that have grown up in the era of Toys R Us will miss you.

This review is for Toys R Us. Just want this place to know that it has given me great childhood memories. I will never forget how much fun I had when I was a kid, looking at all the toys and video games and dreaming about having them. Its sad to think that my kids will never know what its like to be a Toys R Us kid. All that we can as adults is tell them about it. Anyway, thank you Toys R Us for giving me wonderful childhood memories. I hope someday all our kids will have something other than an internet shop to give them more meaningful memories.

Going out of business here in Billings so I went to take advantage of the price cuts which are very misleading they advertise one thing but its totally different when you go to pay not very helpful alls they will tell you is that theyre not Toys R Us anymore and all sales are final they treat you like a number not a person. If I wanted that I would go to the doctor!

Much better taken care of than other toys r us stores Ive been to in other states. Cleaner and not as depressing. Good selection of toys.

The store is closing in a few days so most of the stock we depleted. Some products had great signs up letting you know discount and price, but on some products you were left guessing. I ended up saving $200 and got a bunch of things for birthdays and Christmas.

So my husband is putting together our daughters Christmas present tonight ....which was the sizzle and smoke barbeque grill. As he is putting it together, he realized the assembly didnt come with doors, which they mention and show on the front of the box it came in. And there are holes in the assembly for the doors but they arent there. Not impressed at all!

Better deals then Wal-Mart most the time! Great staff! Wish they had more clothing options.

Great customer service but I can find most items in there somewhere else for cheaper, sad to say, even with the discounts on jacked up prices. Something I didnt really like and go in specifically for is their eduscience in back. My son got way into learning about space this year and wanted a telescope for his 6th birthday! They have a good selection but always wishing they had more!

It seems the chain is dying and its a shame, because as a kid, this is where you wanted to be. I miss the days before free shipping and internet purchase, where you could go into a place and see what youre getting. Long dead is the Big Box Toy stores. The times, they are changing but nostalgia is a good thing. I miss when they had the R Zone and toys galore. This particular location was empty and depressing. I would still shop there but it breaks my heart.

There is a reason this place is going bankrupt. EVERYTHING is overpriced. Cant compete with places like Amazon or other bigger online outlets. Even with the going out of business sale, the majority of stuff is still vastly over priced compared to other places. Maybe once evrything is 70 percent off it will be the same price as online. Staff was always nice though.

High prices but a clean store. Didnt see any employes and no one asked if I needed help finding something. Quiet store staff could be better

What can I say its a toy store if you have kids you will probly end up here! Prices are a little high but they will price match exact items to online retailers such as Amazon etc. Which is a big plus since Wal-Mart no longer does because of this I find myself here ALOT more often. The employees are friendly & helpful. There is also a good selection of toys & games for all ages along with baby items. Along with a baby registry you can also do a similar one for birthdays fun for the kids to scan items they like/want then easy for family & friends to see what your kiddo is into at the moment, no guessing required!

Its odd how little they have reduced their prices for a company that is going out of business. Everything is still way overpriced and can be found on amazon for cheaper. The store was also oddly stocked. Things seemed to be randomly placed and hard to find price tags for a lot of things.

Sorry to hear theyre closing their doors. I enjoyed going up with them and my children love going there this will be a big lose to many.

I shop here frequently. I always get good service & workers always check on me. There is always a large variety for all ages, including babies.

Selection is good. The store feels very run down. You rarely see people there.

This was a great place before they went out of business.

My son is 1 and I am sad that they are closing. They are having a big sale so this is your last chance to build memories in the store.

Bad shopping experience.Bought 2 tablets for our kids and the volume on 1 didnt work so I went back the very next morning and explained the situation and got told it wasnt their problem.

I called to order a swing set that I had spoken to a representative on saturday who was helpful and she stated I would need to call back during whenever I wanted to see if it was availble at the warehouse. Today I call and Im told they dont have it available at all. When I tell her I spoke to someone this weekend that said it is availble. She said do you want me to find someone that can can explain it to you better.

Sadly, their going out of business sale prices are still higher than competitors.

Even before Toys R Us announced bankruptcy, this store was not the best. Since than, it got worse. Very unclean store, and product is still priced way above MSRP. Vendor product got pulled out early.
