Aaron gave me a fitting recently. I’d had one before years ago and didn’t have much for expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of detail. We tested multiple shafts before trying any irons. The difference was more surprising than I expected. After comparing club head and consistency with direction and distance, we settled on some new clubs that immediately improved my game. I didn’t expect how much they would help. But I would recommend the fitting for anyone looking at new clubs.Definitely a positive experience.

I went to the Tee Box with the intention of buying a used driver. I had heard how great and helpful Aaron is. He gave me some good advice then I swung a driver. I haven’t played in a few months. Five swings in and it wasn’t going well with this driver. I expressed that it’s not usually this bad and asked if I should hit another club. He said no because it is only a matter of time until I break a club and the best advice he can give me is learn how to hit the ball. The guy saw me swing five times on a bad day when I hadn’t played in a while. I was going to buy a driver because I need an upgrade. He literally convinced me to not give him money. So I guess if you’re a phenomenal golfer who isn’t going to insult him with your bad swings, Aaron is your guy.

Aaron is very rude and unprofessional. His business is selling golf clubs and when I asked for prices, I received a lot of attitude. Im not going to buy something before I know how much it cost. His customer service skills need some work.

Owner said that no Billings golf shops sell women’s golf apparel, because there are no margins. Told me to go to JC Penney’s. I guess he hasn’t been to Mitchell’s golf shop.

The worst experience Ive ever had in a retail store. I went in looking for a different driver, I even brought in 2 of my driver to consider for trade. After hitting 5 balls into their simulator i was asked, what was I expecting? I was told not to hit anymore balls. I was astounded at being treated so rudely when I was obviously in there to make a deal. I would recommend no one with any self respect to ever frequent this establishment. I predict with customer service like this they wont be in business much longer.
