16 checkout aisles. 6 in operation. Lines were 10 to 12 deep on each one. Products & availability are really good, its just a long wait to checkout unless you shop early or late.

There was very good services of the food and amazing atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and the price of the product is good.

WinCo is great! I always feel like I get an excellent value and quality merchandise. Whats more, more often than not, the service is top-notch. I believe my cashiers name was Brittany...she was courteous, accurate, fast and and friendly. She did an exceptional job-well done WinCo for hiring such a nice human!

Best store Ive ever been to. Love that I can buy my favorite candies and dried fruits by the pound. If you have never been I highly recommend this store

WinCo of Billings, what a great place to shop. Rarely do we see empty shelves. Tons of products to choose from. The place is always with friendly employees and clean and tidy. We have eaten the to go pizzas here and I give them a 4 star. My wife and I enjoy the cheese popcorn here. The bathrooms are always clean as well

This might be my favorite whole foods / health store in Billings. Theyre environmentally conscious, reusing cardboard boxes as grocery bags for those who dont already have their own. Their selection is impressive as well, including whole ground grains kept fresh in refrigerated coolers. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.

Great prices, excellent bulk section. I find things here that I dont find at other places in town, like figs and some other items. Its like a Costco or Sams club without a membership fee or having to buy in large quantities...like the 5000 pack of razor blades. The vegetables and fruit section is well stocked, well priced and super fresh as well.

Great prices! We prefer to drive 2 hours to get our meat from here. It’s cheaper but such better & thicker cuts! It stays fresh and lasts! The only downfall is having bag your own stuff. Especially when it’s extremely busy & your child is with you. Talk about anxiety... BUT again- it’s worth it for the groceries!

Love the selections of fruits & veggies. The meat also surprised me! They carry not only your every day types of meat they carry Bison (burger), they had cuts of Lamb and they had smoked ham hocks/ shanks that I use for making a great pot of beans! Good job Winco!

WinCo Foods is great. My friends and I often stop here at the end of the night to pick up drinks and other snacks. They have very low prices due to the lack of paying with Credit. Their selection is huge, we are glad Billings finally has one. The Staff tends to be friendly, but sometimes they can be off-putting. Overall, 9/10 factoring cleanliness, staff, and selection.

Usually pretty busy, but that is to be expected. Lots of selection at good prices. Sales are always running and they keep the store clean and stocked from what I have seen. Bakery has very good muffins and cookies, the coffee selection is ok and milk is reasonably priced. I tend to go much later in the evening to avoid crowds, so if you dont like large groups of people, wait till about 10pm.

Good prices and good customer service. I forgot my phone there today, had my sister in law call they found my phone and I was able to get it back. On the negative side Wamart has a much better produce depth. And they need to have more sizes in the soda preferably 1 and 1.25 liter bottles.

Not much for organic products, but priced well otherwise. They sell lots of stuff in bulk bins, but the tea section leaves something to be desired. Ill be adding this place to my list of stops when Im in town.

WinCo has a wide selection of items. It is a clean and friendly environment. Theres ample staffing to ensure low checkout times. They have met every stipulation I seek in a grocery store with competitive pricing as well.

Congested with restocking. Did not carry alternate nicotine/ quitting support. Cashiers were very supportive and self motivated to explore items they were not familiar with.

My husband and I really like WinCo. Big, with lots of choices and economical without having to bring home huge quantities of product.

Just bought this milk and its cottage cheese. i took a sip before i noticed and made me sick. Look at the cap, absolutely gross. date today is october 16th and exp date is oct 31.

I used to be a faithful WinCo shopper but will not return. On a Sunday day afternoon they have 3 checkouts open, lines backed up and they wont let you use the self service check out if you are paying cash but have more than 15 items. I will take my business to other stores in town where I can get in and get out, with or without the assistance of a cashier. Both Walmart and Albertsons are minutes from my house and they will be getting my business from now on.

Find variety of foods including some exotic kind of thingies lots of nice cheap prices but no matter what dont buy the red velvet filled pillow cookies

The first time I was there, I wasnt impressed. But, a friend told me about the machine that makes fresh nut butters! I have a recipe that needs cashew butter and wanted to try it with fresh. So, I made a second trip to get it. And, I found several new, to me, items so considered it a very nice shopping experience! I will definitely go back!

Found everything on my list. One item was hard to find but a worker told me exactly where it was. Love this store.

Worst shopping experience Ive ever had! Night crew has absolutely no concern for anything or anyone around them. Was almost hit by a forklift driver twice. Then stood in the self checkout line for 20 minutes only to have them close both sides down with 3 other people in front of me. Wouldnt recommend this store for anything anymore. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!!!

These chain of stores is the best. Just like Costco but without the yearly fee. In some ways better than Costco.

WinCo is awesome they have great variety and exceptionally good prices. We go here weekly to stock our pantry. For a family of 9 its important that we can save money. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Go shop and enjoy the experience!

I used to do all my shopping here but a cashier ruined it for me. i wasnt paying attention was distracted by my phone.and he rang up 23 extra items all duplicates of items i bought totaling 43.35$. i didnt realize this till i got home and was going over the reicpt cause me and my brother split the bill. took me a month to realize why this casheir would do this its beacuse of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. when the stores profits margins are higher their EPS is gonna go up aswell.

Never been to winci until i moved to Montana and this location is amazing!Only store in the city that sells my favorite yogurt.The prices are amazing as well as the staff.I truly want to thank Amber one of the cashiers that helped me today and paid it forward! zi say in my car crying before i drove home. I only had my credit card and had no idea they don’t take credit card and Amber helped me out. I owe this amazing women but Winco always has my business!Thank you for having an amazing staff!

Need to pay the employees better. Over past two years have been hard keeping ppl. Only two lanes open this time. Guess I should be happy check out took 20 min this time.

Ive been there a few times, Im a penny pincher so I usually end up passing through, people say its cheaper but not from what Ive seen, I havent had any issues but Ive never had an employee greet me or go out of their way to help me, it is the only 24/7 place in town rn Ill give it that, Ill still visit at least a couple times per year just to pass through

If you need to shop both for bulk and for individual items, Winco is your store. You can expect to find some really good deals, especially on staples. They have a lot of temporary deals right now since it’s a brand new store though, so don’t expect those to last.I was disappointed with a couple things: their organic selection is really small, their shopping aisles are tiny and packed full, and the store is not convenient if you need a quick in and out. Also, sections of their parking lot are not clearly marked for driving or pedestrian crossings, and can be confusing.

WinCo is an excellent alternative to Costco if you want good deals on your groceries but dont necessarily want to have to buy a months supply of every little thing you need while at the store. They also have a pizza counter inside that makes some darn good home made pizzas.

I love Winco. But the manager wouldnt hire me because I am pregnant which is discrimination.. her name is Amanda.. they may need new management.. but winco mission statement is always great.. just maybe not so gond of this winco management

Always seems to be busy and usually there isnt enough cashiers but its cheaper than Walmart.

Prices are always low, store is almost always stocked. I like that you bag your own stuff. Less bag waste that way. Only downsides, even on weekends theres not a lot of cashiers. The ones they do have are usually pretty quick though. Also, theres specialty items for certain cuisines, but, this does lead to less variety in other areas just based on shelf availability.

The prices here are always good. I always go to WinCo when Im in Billings. The store is always clean & so are the restrooms. The staff are polite & helpful. The deli food is always fresh. I usually buy chicken & potatoe salad as a quick meal after shopping all day!

If you are from out of town do not shop here. The meat is marked as about to expire. They do not accept credit card as a form of payment, no signs posted. If you try and purchase bulk items you are supposed to weigh and mark your bag, no signs posted for that either. Then you finally get through the enormous lines and everything is backed up because you bag your own groceries. They have 2 sections to put your items and you have to walk around the counter back and forth to put things in your cart. We ended up walking out and going somewhere else.

They have a great selection of products in their store.

Winco is a great place to shop. Lots of choices in every isle. I really like the bulk section. I save so much when buying bulk. They have hard to find items like bulk pistachios and Spike seasoning.

Crazy low prices on things that I actually recognized were more expensive just a few blocks away.

Great place for general shopping if youre in Billings. Best prices in town. Clean with lots of room and everything you need. beware you do have to bag your own groceries after theyre checked out but that just makes for cheaper prices.

Prices are AMAZING on most food. Lines are like constantly long (cashiers are usually fully staffed and friendly and seem to be working as fast as they can so that doesnt seem to be the problem). Overall great place to shop! (Probably why the lines are long haha)

Chris in the bulk foods section is incredible!I wind up walking out of here with twice the amount of groceries as I would at any other grocery store with half of the bill.The store is clean and the staff is friendly.When I go to Walmart the shelves are empty. Not here. Every section is well stocked.The produce is fresh. Meat is a great price and well stocked.I love WinCo foods!

Always clean here and able to find the workers super busy.. however this company needs to figure out ways to help the customers better.. was there 2 days ago the lines were backed up almost to the back of the store near checkouts 1,3,6. Every other one was open. Other then the mad house. It was an eventful time.

They have decent prices. But if you have two separate orders and you tell them that they refuse to allow you to use the self check out lines. Recently bought coffee from WinCo thinking it was going to be good, turns out the coffee was so dry and every time I make coffee we end up with grounds in the coffee pot very disappointed.

The WinCo Brand cat litter is some of the best cat litter I have ever used! It clumps very solidly, not faling apart when you scoop it, like Ive had with most other brands. And its an amazing value!! They also sell it in a plastic tub. I recommend reusing or buying one tub, then refilling it with the bags to cut down on waste!
