I received a CSP-150 piano for my birthday from here and I must say that their sales agents were wonderful! I am also taking class for piano because of their knowledge and skillful disposition, making me feel very confident that I will become a pianist in no time 🥰

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! Plus a great selection of sheet music for almost any instrument! My only critique would be that I wish there were more options for classical vocal music, but that’s coming from a vocalist who happened to wander into an instrument shop!

My husband and I are blown away at the level of customer service Mike and Cade and the other 2 employees from the Billings store just provided us. I am a professional musician from Pennsylvania in town to play for a wedding but due to circumstances had to rent a violin to replace my own. They both were phenomenal in asking what I was looking for in my rental violin and gave me great options to choose from all while showing such kindness to me, my husband and baby and were so calm, pleasant and truly seemed very happy to help me find the right fit of a violin. They knew their instruments and even helped pull violins that they knew would fit my Celtic style. They just could not have been anymore wonderful. Thank you so much for bending over backwards to make sure I had what I needed to perform and making it a really fun visit to the music store!!

We love Eckroth, as a band geek family we often rely on their expertise. We recently visited them for Reeds, my daughter insisted she knew what she needed but sure enough we needed their help and they were right on it. Weve had to visit them for instrument cleanings and repairs and theyre affordable and honest - there were times I thought I needed something extensive and they were quick to let me know what was truly needed and saved me a small fortune. I highly recommend them!

By far the best music store in Billings. They have many accessories and a wide range of high-quality instruments for purchases and renting. However, they may not have the specific brands, such as Selmer, that one may be looking for. But, repairs are available here for a fairly reasonable price, the staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgable of the items offered in the store. Overall, this is my top choice for purchasing instrument accessories in Billings.

Very difficult to work with. All we wanted to do was get a guitar book for my son. They didnt had it in stock. So we had to place an order. After waiting for 2 weeks, we got the call that our guitar book is in. When we went in to pick it up, we find out that its the book without cd edition. Because of this so called human error on their part, the only option that was given to us was to place another order n hope that they do it right this time n wait for another 2 weeks.Needless to say that we cant let our son fail his music class. So we ordered it from Amazon. Not only it is cheaper, but we are going to receive it next day. No point going to a brick n motor store when customer service is below par.
