Jami does most of the follow ups and she makes sure to answer all your questions thoroughly and, if needed, gives help to improve your aid performance. I got an appointment with Jamie in Billings. She was very helpful through out the whole process. She was great about finding hearing aids that work for me and are affordable. She also explained my hearing loss and answered all my questions. If she couldnt answer them she found someone who could. I recommend her.
Jaime is awesome and really helped me get my new molds when my old ones were sharp and hurting and every other place said that was the best they could do. She is extremely professional and provides a very high level of personal care, she listened to all my concerns and doesn’t complain with my “nitpicking” to get my hearing aids tuned exactly how I want them. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a Wonderful experience at the Billings hearing aide center. I learned a few new things that was very important. Jamie was a great help. She connected my new I phone to my hearing aide for Bluetooth.

Great service
I purchased a pair of hearing aids from these people, the devices never worked properly from day one which could have been fixed but the service was non existent, called time after time only to get a message and might get a call after several days, finally returned the product for a refund and shopped elsewhere. Am happy now.
Experience was great but still having issues
Unprofessional! 1) He took the tip off the Otoscope & “blew” out the ear wax so the content flew out of it. 2) He talked loudly to my girlfriend all during my hearing test while I was in the “soundproof” booth. I had to tap on the glass to tell him to stop talking so I could hear the beeps in my headphones! 3) My girlfriend later told me he was busy lecturing her about his opinion of same sex relationships so obviously NOT LGBT friendly! Good thing he didn’t try to sell me hearing aids or I would’ve told him where he can stick them!

The person that tested and tried to sell hearing aids to my dad was very pushy. Called him three times in the week after my dad said he wasnt to think about it more. Called again after my dad said No. My dad luckily talked to his physician about the experience and was shocked to find out that the person he saw at the Hearing Aid Institute didnt even go to school to do this. My dad repeatedly referred to him as doctor because he was wearing a white coat and my dad thought he was. He never once corrected my dad to tell him that he isnt a doctor. My dads physician gave him a list of places with actual Doctors of Audiology who dont use high pressure sales tactics. Be careful who you trust caring for your family members and yourself. If they call my dad again, he said hell be calling to lodge a complaint with Helena.
If it werent for Jamie & all of her knowledge and help I would have thrown this hearing aid as far as possible. She has been my only reason for sticking with it. She is awesome!
I have nothing but positive things to say about the hearing institute. I have alwayshad a positve experience inmy dealings. I do feel my hearing aids are expensive but have always gotten them taken care of if a problem but I carry insurance on them when purchased. Thank u
