John was great to work with. Even though the mattress I wanted wasn’t available, he was able to find one similar in clearance and it worked out perfect. Troy was also great helping John locating the mattress quickly to show me and helped load it onto my trailer. Also showed me all options of accessories to make my nights sleep complete. My girlfriend and I are moving into our new place and wanted to get a bigger mattress. Bryan (he was just in town from the store in Texas and was sent here to work. Super awesome down to earth guy.)was our salesman and he did and absolutely fantastic job! No pressure buying situation. He let us check beds at our own pace which was nice. We didn’t get approved for financing for the mattress we first looked at but we ended up walking out with an on sale California King!So shout out to Bryan for hooking it up for sure! Kind of expensive for the stuff I bought, but all of it I love. Bamboo sheets, memory foam pillows, cooling mattress pad protectors for the pillows and bed. Its nice to stay cool even in this Heat. Im paralyzed from the chest down and the protector that I bought from there before protected the mattress from many spills and stains. The only reason I bought another one is so I had a spare well I washed the first one. My bed sits up and the sheets and the protector dont Bunch up like every other sheet set Ive had before. I spend a lot of time in bed so the things I purchased changed my life. They also help me prevent bed sores. If you have the money I recommend all of these items to anyone that has to spend a lot of time in bed! Its like sleeping on a brand new mattress. And the salesman are a great help as well.

We purchased our first mattress from Denver and Jonathan the salesman was terrific and the warranty issue we had was resolved immediately. This Company and their employees care about Us!! He worked on saving us some money and most importantly trying to make sure we got a mattress in a timely fashion as so much furniture is so delayed in actually getting them. I originally went to Denver Mattress to check out the Purple mattresses, but unfortunately, they were out of the size I was looking for. Then one of the salesman showed me a couple more options that met the needs I was looking for. Jonathan Grosse was the least pushy salesman Ive ever dealt with and made the experience very relaxing! He showed me their brand of mattress that was on clearance that was actually better than the Purple brand (in my own opinion). The price also included 2 pillows, pillow protectors, and a mattress protector! They also included a 90 day full refund if I choose to go with a different mattress! Was happy with sales person. Not happy at all after that. Was given delivery date but when the day arrived I did not hear from them. I called and they gave me a different delivery date. They told me I was wrong on the date. I told them no. Delivery date was on my invoice. They then started making excuses on the mix up. It was not until I told them to cancel the order that they took any action. Then all of a sudden they could get my bed to me in a few days. If they would have just owned their mistake I would have been OK. But to try and make excuses and tell me I was wrong was just plan wrong .

Good service and excellent selection. We are so excited to get our new “Purple” mattress. My husband and I agreed on the selection, even though what we were looking for was different- he needed firm support and I wanted something soft enough to address pressure points!

Troy gave us excellent information that helped us make a choice. He was very helpful. The only disappointment was that once we had made the purchase we learned that the free delivery was a month away.

I felt discriminated against. I was there debit card in hand in mid sale asking questions and the guy says oh excuse me and walked over to a non-native woman that was waiting at the counter who came in after wards. And stood there and helped her for at least half an hour before he came and finished my purchaseThere were three other male sales people there but no one came to help me. When I picked up my purchase the second guy (Les) was unfriendly and slid my box spring on top of my car all sloppily and the bottom of it is now ripped. He acted like I was an inconvenience. I will pay more elsewhere just for better customer service. Honestly .

We then went and saw Eddy and bought 3 couches and he made us a screaming deal. We are very happy with them and the bed - great value and no issues. Delivery guys were nice and on time. Will come back for some other stuff. Eddy - find me a deal on a fireplace TV stand!

Les helped us find the perfect mattress for us, he was great and not pushy at all. Because of Covid there has been a small delay in the mattresses arriving to the store but it will only be two to three weeks until our new bed arrives. The other store we checked out told us late December or early January so this place is much for reasonable with the shipping times. If your looking for a new bad I would suggest checking them out, usually have decent sales going on and they offer a military discount which always moves businesses up in my book. Thanks again, Les.

Jonathan Grosse provided exceptional customer service. We bought a new queen mattress and switched out the old queen mattress from our camper. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and patient while we chose the right mattress. Once chosen, he helped remove the old mattress and inserted the new one in our camper. You just do not find service like that anymore. Our mattress fit perfectly and it is very comfortable. No more sore backs for us which made our camping experience enjoyable. Bought a new mattress, and was told by the store manager guaranteed it would be in by the end of the month. We have guests coming and really needed the bed. Hadn’t heard a word from the company, so I called in. Said their warehouse doesn’t have it in stock so the company has to ship and it could take another 3-5 weeks! I feel like I was lied to, and now my boyfriend and I have to sleep on the floor so we can give up our bed for our guests. Also, the manager did not seem very friendly or helpful when we purchased the bed. Will not be back to this company in the future.

We were looking for a guest mattress with a particular price point & he respectfully and knowledgeable guided us thru those choices without trying to up sell us, which we really appreciated. I just wanted to commend Johnathan Grosse at the billings store for doing an amazing job of helping us find exactly the new mattress and base that we wanted! I appreciate the fact that he seemed very honest and straightforward and wasnt pushy and trying to tell us what he thought we wanted to hear like the other furniture stores we visited before deciding. We did shop around a bit before deciding to go back to Denver Mattress Company and in my opinion it was a total waste of time looking elsewhere since the customer service and the product prices were considerably better at Denver Mattress! We will definitely be back when were ready to buy any other new furniture!

Bed in a box is super popular. I’ve been seeing adds for Purple mattresses everywhere and wanted to try it out before I committed to a $1400 + purchase. When I got to this store I was helped right away, the salesman wasn’t push (which I am sooo thankful for), and I got to try out the mattress. They had tons of brands and every kind of mattress to compare what would work best. They also let me pick a free accessory to go with the purple brand mattress I chose. On the purple website I would have only been able to get a sheet set but in this store I could have picked sheets, a mattress protector, or one of three different kinds of Purple brand pillows.

Les was such a treat to work with! We couldn’t see ourselves making a bigger purchase like that with anyone else! Next time we need any furniture/mattresses we will be going back to him. Thanks Les!

We got our bed fully set up and noticed while laying on it, it is definitely not the bed we pick out in the store. The one thing we didn’t want was a rock hard bed and that’s exactly what we were given. We are pretty upset, seeing is how it was my boyfriend and I’s first time buying a big bed! But besides the fact that there was only one person in the store working we felt bad, but still doesn’t excuse it!

We are very pleased with the new mattress and service we got from your outlet. Jonathan was very helpful and patient without the high pressure we got elsewhere. We ordered the 9 base and after a couple of days figured out we should have asked for the 5 as the bed was just too high. Customer service set up a delivery for the shorter base, set the bed up again and took back the other base no charge. I would highly recommend your product and store.

Pretty disappointed. Return customer let Jon know twice the mattress I wanted. Did the right thing, purchased the warranty and a mattress pad, not the cheapest one either. Slept on the mattress 30 days and it was so uncomfortable. Went to return the mattress and was advised I wasnt sold the mattress that I initially wanted. All I got was a blank stare back at me. I was told I had to pay more money to get what i initially wanted. Wasnt looking for anything free here but there was no accomodation whatsoever. After all i did buy the extras and a repeat customer. Doubtful Ill return.Was contacted by a new associate Mike. I am happy to say that Mike helped rectify this situation. Im pleased that I was contacted quick and with an understanding.
