We are building a new house and of course need paint throughout the entire place. We got a majority of the house painted and needed more to finish off the job. We called in and they got the paint ready and we picked it up. The painter had to spray the entire ceilings in the basement as it is different then the color on the walls. The painter then came upstairs and did some touchups only to notice that the color seemed a little off. We then went and looked at the old cans to find out that they sold us a different tint of paint even though we had already gotten many gallons of the same paint already from them. We contacted the store and they got the correct paint together for us. When the painters went to get the paint they stated that it was a new person that just made an error. They felt like they were doing us a favor by not making us pay for the paint they replaced and the plastic and rollers that we needed. I had to pay the painters $1500 to mask off and repaint the ceiling in the lower area and the touchups upstairs. The other issue was that we had to delay the next steps in our build for 2 days. I contacted the local manager and got the basic Im on the payroll answer and assistance. Our painter does a ton of business through here and we are building 5 more houses in the next year and we will not be doing business with Sherwin Williams for our paint, mud, and other wall finishing needs.

$50.99 for a gallon of paint that 45 days ago cost me $28?!?Are you out of of your mind?I understand inflation is rampant right now but nearly double? Or are you just price gouging because of the housing boom?Either way, I will never buy from Sherwin Williams again, nor will I recommend this company!I would just as soon color my wall with a crayon as pay the outrageous prices that you seem so happy to stick to people!!

You just managed to sell my wife the most expensive bucket of white paint in the whole city of Billings. $250 for a 5 gal bucket? Way to take advantage of a pregnant vulnerable woman!

I had them match my trim to my cabinets and the associate did a perfect job and was done in very timely manner.

The people were knowledgeable on the product I was interested in and also very nice. It would have been a one stop shop if I was better prepared. They made suggestions but I thought I had the equipment I needed.

Dont go there for large amounts of epoxy. Paint selection is top notch but more for commercial use.
