Lots of book. Very nice displays, but no movies or CDs? Maybe I am finally getting too old too accept that everything is streaming.ANYWAY, GREAT BOOKSYORE.

Every time I I shop here I wish for a million dollars. Its one of the best places. All my troubles disappear when I enter a book store. Im suddenly am exciting character.

The young girl with glasses who was at the register was super helpful and gave me a lot of insight on what Id like and the books a million membership which I ended up purchasing.

Everything was good except there was quite a line and only one cashier. So the wait was a awhile.But other than that....store was clean and in order; the selection of books was really good; so were able to find what we wanted.

BAM is always a good experience. This store was a good example of a one. They have a stupendous variety of books, toys, and knick knacks, and a cool little frozen yogurt shop. Theyll also order a book for you if they dont carry it, and the service is very quick. Good deals and promotions sometimes too

They pretty much have everything you are looking for as well as a frozen yogurt place within the store.They do have bathrooms in the store so you don’t have to walk all the way to the other side of the mall.

As Mall bookstores go, this is one of the good ones! The store is always tidy and well stocked with tons of novelty items. I get a real kick out of some of them, LOL. Ive been able to find required reading, favorite classics, quirky new favs and countless presents here. Prices arent the cheapest, but theyre average and as expected for the value and convenience.Employees have great every time Ive been in which is a wonder with some of the hassles life on the coast has introduced in the last two years. Power difficulties, low staff, insane crowds - they great it all with a great sense of humor and a ready grin. One day, their registers werent working for a bit so one young lady offered to give me a tour of her favorite sections for me to browse while they worked on the issue. I gladly took her up on it and found some treasures.Pop in and prepare to remember why you always loved Books-a-Million.

Its great to see a real book store that is still open. They cater to all styles and have a great selection.

Considering its inside a mall, its a pretty good sized books a million. very clean, nice.

My granddaughters and I had a very good time looking over everything in the book store. An employee helped us look for clickers and nothing. I was surprised they didnt have them they are very popular. We bought a couple of things and we were leaving when we noticed a rain storm appeared and we ran for it. We laughed so hard. Now, so many miles away in another Books A Million they do carry clickers. FYI

I love the selection here, plenty to choose from. I feel theres no reason why the checkout takes so long, maybe its the 3 promotions attempted to be sold to each customer.Oh and theres a froyo place here too. Dope.

Something for everyone! A really fun store to shop as there is so much more to it than just books. They also have coloring books, board games, and collectibles!

The clerk was EXTREMELY helpful in finding the last copy of two books I came in here to find while on vacation.

Bathrooms were disgusting here. A lady (I use that term loosely) walked out of the bathroom with used poo paper stuck to the bottom of her foot, then commenced to washing her hands in the water fountain as if it was the bathroom sink. Come on, man! Monitor your facilities!If I come back it will be with empty bladder and bowels, and it will be for a price check only! Stay away from the water fountain!

Incredibly lacking in most books, I was very surprised that they did not have Classics and they were super Stockton very new releases that no one was buying. It is also a very trying time for this area, so I will give them two stars or maybe three

Always clean, always friendly staff, restrooms could be cleaner but people just lose their minds in public restrooms so I dont blame the staff.

Check out was slow. Store was hot. Bathroom was disgusting. But selection was great!

I will not purchase anything from Books-A-Million again. I made a purchase for a Christmas gift that I was told I would get in 2-3 weeks, and when I called to check on the status (that was showing it didnt exist on my end), I was told they didnt have it, but they would ship it when they did. When I cancelled the order to get my money back, I was informed that I couldnt get my cash back from a gift card they made me purchase to get the order. Now Im out $50 and a Christmas gift. Thanks for screwing me at Christmas when I dont have much money already.

Decent book store. Adequate selection, pricey on some items. Not many associates around to assist with hard to find items. Wasnt impressed with this location.

Purchased a book about 2 weeks ago when I was on the gulf coast. When I got home I found out that I had already purchased and read the book. Tried to return it for a store credit but was told they couldnt refund me or issue store credit. U told them I was from out of town but that didnt matter. The staff was ugly and I will NEVER go to that store ever again. It was a $28.00 book.

If you love books, games, cards, collecting things, record albums, magazines, puzzles, stuffed animals, journaling, did I say books? They have chargers and magnifying glasses of all kinds. They have an entire section of toys from infant on up and even an assortment of retro toys like rubix cubes lincoln logs, craft kits, and themed areas such as Harry Potter Alice in Wonderland! Oh and dont forget the ice cream shop in the back of the store!! Right beside the entrance to edgewater mall! Books a million is absolutely one of my favorite places to shop!

A good source of Manga, PoP figures, graphic novels, video game guides, books, and magazines. They stopped carrying comic books. No greeting, no one offered to help me find anything. Store was nearly empty.

Good assortment of books, magazines, etc. If they dont have it in stock, they will get it for you. Love just browsing there.

May 19th 2021 - Gulfport store was out of another book I wanted. ☹3 months ago - Drove 25 miles to the BAM in SLIDELL, LA because the store in Gulfport/Biloxi, where I live, didnt have the book I wanted in stock.

Good place to buy books but had to look for a Clerk to pay for our purchase

I had four books in hand and went to the counter to pay. There was one cashier and I was the eighth person in line. Two other employees were standing around talking. No one seemed to care about the customers waiting in line. I put my books down and left. I will go to Barnes and Noble next.

Friendly helpful staff and a great selection.

Very bad experience. I bought some last minute gifts at this location and asked and verified with the cashier two or three times that the person receiving the gifts could return them with the gift receipt. They reassured me that it would be an easy process if necessary as long as they brought in the gift receipt. I gave the gift receipt with the gift, and the friend I gave it to had to return one of the items. When they brought in the gift receipt I was assured it would work easily, but they were given mixed answers over and over and told that the gift receipt was not enough to return it, that they also needed another receipt. It is poor service to tell someone they will be able to return something easily and then turn them away after wasting 30 minutes of their time and saying they can’t return it at all.
