Friendly service always greeted with a smile i have had service on several occasions and always get honest answers on questions. Great people to deal with I am in the process of converting all my equipment to Stihl power equipment because of the service, dependability, and warranty!!!!!

They had my mower for over one month and in the end they said they couldn’t fix it. Customer service is horrible...this is only when you can actually get ahold of someone. Most of the time they don’t answer the phone and let it go to their fax machine.Brought it to another shop and they had it fixed in two weeks.

Be very careful when buying products here. After buying a home with acreage I needed some products for my yard. I ended up buying a chainsaw and blower. After buying these products less than 24 hours ago, I decided I needed to upgrade the blower because it just wasnt meeting my needs, however they do not honor stihls 7 day satisfaction policy. They did not tell me about this when I purchased my items. Stihl is a good brand but I wish I wouldve went elsewhere. I will never step foot in this place again!

Small lawn mower shop but they are very good at servicing your equipment. If you have a riding mower be prepared for a 3-4 week wait becuz they are backed up.

Stop to order a part. Its cool

Put my mower in on June 15 . Just picked it up. It took 10 long days to put on a pull rope that broke. Brought it in with a full tank of gas it was empty when I got it back. 10 DAYS. Was there for waiting 20 minutes to get it fixed today but I had to wait 10 days for a 20 minute job. Last time there.....such a waste of time.

Great Staff decent prices, quality merchandise

Had the part for my Honda lawn mower. Clean with nice showroom. Prices seemed a little steep.

Bought a commercial grade zero turn for 10K and 137 hours (all spent on residential lawns) and 3 years and 11 months later the transmission has a bolt that backs out and stops working. Brought mower in to be fixed and three weeks later it was supposed to be fixed. So starting mowing another residential yard and 30-40 minutes into job and another part of transmission was missing a nut and transmission quit working again. So again missing work due to bad service and having to bring in mower for similar problem again for 3 to 4 weeks being in service. But received a call from owner of Dunnaways (Louis) saying I hit something with it and that he wasnt going to fix it. First of all how is he going to say what i did with mower with him not being there, sounds to me like a cover up and didnt want to fix a problem that they started. So he told me to come and pick it up cause he is not going to fix the problem. Dont trust these people with your commercial business cause they will cost you money thinking your saving money. Take your business elsewhere!!

I guess the person below had a bad experience but I have used the the last 3 times I needed parts for my lawnmower and the service was great and the parts worked perfect and the price was right. 5 stars all the way they got my businesses now.

Stay far away from this place. bad service, no knowledge of what they are doing. brought my zero here for hydro oil change they did NOT purge the lines. 2 days later I had to add oil to it. now its setting at another shop being fixed. and praying they didnt burn a pump up. the lady at counter has no business working there. she had to ask about everything. Ive been in the landscaping business for 8 years and this is by fare my worst experience. I was just trying to save a dollar but now I know better. never again... I will bring my eqpt to ACE in ocean springs and let Bugsy work on my stuff...
