As a beginner rider, I don’t think I could’ve gotten better help from anywhere else. Not one company I’ve dealt with in the last few months could top this customer service. Renee was so patient with me for months up until I finally made the choice on what I wanted. It was such a smooth process and I was confidently taken care of. Ricky was absolutely the best. He’s so knowledgeable about the basics of the riding. He was such a gentleman, he went out of his way to help load and teach me the basics I needed before I left. All in all, I’ll be bike in a year or two when I’m ready to move up a size.

Nice place, had a nice chat with a girl from accessories who took it upon herself to engage me until a sales rep was available. Great conversation with a salesman, good number of bikes and lots of variety. First visit, but Id add them to my list of stops.

Great technicians but upper management is lacking. I took a job at this place for a service writer position the tell me they need to fire the person currently in the role before I could take over well 3 days later he was fired an then they tell me they need me to stay as a technician because the needed more techs. So pretty much they promised me a job title they had no intentions of actually giving me just said whatever it took to get me in the door an use my skills. but they didnt care about there word they gave you. Also seems hard to get your paycheck after you quit this is week two without being paid for the three days I worked for them.

I had the best experience buying my Ducati monster at Big #1 today; James couldn’t have been a more laid back and knowledgeable salesmen—-No pressure and extreme patience answering every question about each bike I looked at. 10/10 would recommend you go see James at Big #1. He made me feel confident that I could put a deposit down on the bike, make the drive to pick it up, and not have any surprises when I showed up to pick it up. And that was 100% true! We showed up at our appointment to pick it up, and the bike was ready to load up, the paperwork was done, so all I had to do was sign the paperwork, then Win helped me load it up on my truck for the trip back home. WOW, that says it all. I called about a bike and didnt get someone right away. They said I would get a call back. I was skeptical, but sure enough Win called me and let me know about the bike and all the trimmings. I then found a bike at another dealership closer, but the deal went south quick. Once again, Win called me back and asked how my deal was going, it wasnt!! He then kindly got all my paperwork together on gave me the hook-up, same make and model but a better deal and all the info upfront. BIG NUMBER #1 service department: Submitted service request (front drive sprocket making a noise. They called me same day and told me to bring it in next morning. Four business days later and it was ready!

This is a great store with very helpful staff. The store itself is a clean and inviting space, and I’ve had only positive interaction with both sales and service staff. My only complaint is that t with service department is always busy and sometimes it’s difficult to get an appointment, but I think this speaks to their popularity more than anything.

I hadnt bought a bike or ATV I quite some time. Yamaha MSRP price doesnt include having the machine put together and now these shops charge you like a dealer does. $200 for buying from them? Heres an idea, Ill sell you my house for $1 but Im going to have to charge you $189,900 for doing business with me. Love Yamaha, great bikes and ATVS. This place even carries Ducatis. But watch the final out the door price.

I just bought a Harley Davidson 48 from this store. James was an amazing guy and helped me out a lot the best way he could. I had some problems with having a test-ride since I didnt have an insurance for a car or a motorcycle, but staff and management did all they could to find a solution. Would highly recommend the store despite the difficulties.

Was on a SC to AR ride on a rented Indian Challenger. Somewhere near Columbus, Georgia the dash began to flash and die as if it had a short.Googled Indian dealers and Big #1 came up along my route through Birmingham.Got there at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Jeff Fuller, my service advisor, and his colleagues took great care of me and the Challenger!They looked over the bike right away, made sure everything was copacetic, and didn’t even charge me anything for their time even though I offered.This is the kind of service and customer-focused attitude that merits long term relationships. Renee Jernigan contacted me following my online inquiry and was courteous and helpful from the start. I let her know that I was out of state, had a trade-in, and wanted to finance the new bike. I loaded up the Harley for trade and drove 7 hours each way since I was saving about $2200 compared to the next best deal I found. I had been looking to buy a Polaris Ranger EV and had called Big No 1 to inquire about the availability of that vehicle. They told me they would call when they got one in. Several weeks after my inquiry Richard called me and said they had a 2021 model in. I traded in a gas powered Can Am which I had purchased from them 2 years ago. They gave me a great deal on the trade in and I bought the Polaris EV. The entire process went smoothly and they were total professionals the entire time.
