I am disappointed with the response I received from Bill. I scheduled an appointment in advance and advised in advance that something came up and that I needed to reschedule my appointment for a later date. The response I received from Bill via text was “whatever” which I thought was very rude and unprofessional. I figured I will use his services instead of going though my insurance because he offered a cheaper price but after that response I will NOT be needing his services and I will NOT be recommending him to anyone in the future. My windshield got hit by a rock on the interstate causing me to have a chip in my windshield. I called Champion and Bill came out right away. He was fixing the chip when he found two more smaller chips that he was able to fix and kept them from spreading . He was extremely courteous, professional and timely! Highly recommend!! I had a rock out a chip in my windshield late in the afternoon on a Friday. None of the other repair offices that I called would see me, but Bill not only worked me in, he came to my home to repair it on the way to his anniversary dinner. Bill was amazing! Such a nice man, and he did a phenomenal job. My windshield had a crack almost bigger than a quarter and you can’t even see it anymore! Safelite was not only extremely rude to me but they told me they wouldn’t be able to even get rid of the crack and that it would show just as big even after they filled it. NOBODY should use Safelite, EVERYONE should use Champion Windshield Repair!

He was super nice, and very helpful! We made an appointment for the next day. Harrison (the technician) and his helper showed up at my office on time. And they installed my new windshield in under an hour. It looks exactly like the factory windshield did before the crack! And it was half the cost of what the dealership quoted me to replace it! These guys did a fantastic, professional job! I watched them take out the old cracked glass, and replace it with the new windshield. Im very pleased! Bill Lambeth came to my rescue today! I had my windshield replaced by Safelite yesterday and in a terrible turn of bad luck, had another crack in my brand new windshield this morning🤦🏼‍♀️ Windshields are NOT cheap! He not only saved my windshield, but he also gave me glass cleaner, a hug, and told me there was no charge! He just wanted to make my day a little better.
