I have read the review of this Express oil change and I was very excited to take my vehicle to a place that has so many positive reviews. Well first of all the staff has been very nice with answering my question. They just keep giving false timelines. My problem is that I dropped my vehicle off around September 20 and I still have not got my vehicle back. I have already paid for a repair and the mechanic kept telling me it will be a few more days until he can look at my vehicle. I have been coming back every 4 days and its been the same answer. I need a few more days. Well today its been a month as of October 20 and the mechanics inform me to check back in about 2 week. Originally problem was that they replace the thermostat and the mechanic said they he had to find out why the heat stopped working since he replaced the thermostat. Everything else was working fine. The heat stop working once he replace the thermostat. So I have already paid for the thermostat and now its taking approximately 1 month and half to get this resolved. Not sure what to do. If retrieve my vehicle then I wasted money, plus 1 month and half of time already. I been very patience but totally disappointed in this situation. I know things come up, mechanics take vacations, or quit jobs and through schedules off. But 1 month and half is just sad for a simple repair. I wonder do they just keep accepting vehicles and parking them in the car graveyard out front and only repairs the cars that only take minimal time and effort to repair.

My oil needed to be changed today and Alex, the guy who did it, did an amazing job. He was so patient and so kind! I would definitely come again!

They pull you in, you stay in the car. They do the vehicle inspection from front to back. Belts, tires, brakes, fluid levels, lights, turn signals Etc. They change your oil, show you your oil level on the stick an In 15 min. Your gone. Oh--they do give a Military Discount.

The one in forestdale is no good I got a tune up and replaced a coil an they never fixed or tuned my car or replaced the part am going back an get my money back this fourth time I have taking my car back dont go here they are crooks

Called to ask for pricing and hrs of operation, was very nice on the phone. Went to get my oil changed and Dillon helped me. He already knew who I was stating that he remembered my voice from the call!! Was so impressed. This was my 1st time at this location. Think Ill be making it my only stop for oil changes! Excellent service. I went there and requested a specific parts inspection. They took my truck in, looked over exactly what I requested they look at, returned my truck with an honest opinion having found nothing wrong in the area that I requested they look over. They also took care of that inspection free of charge, even when I tried to insist that they at least charge me their hourly rate for their time.I will go back to this place the instant I am in need of any repairs, they are an upstanding group of people. The auto industry needs more shops to operate in this fashion.

I went to get a top off oil and the guy was so rude! Tried joking with him saying I will be back for an oil change and his response this not my car in a rude way. But I still tip him and paid for service!

I went by this location in forestdale 2 weeks ago and had a great experience. The technician whose name is Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and straightforward. I have been to other Express Oil locations where some of the techs seem like they dont want to be there, which leaves a customer uncertain about getting service there. If Eric is not a supervisor or manager, he sure fooled me.Awesome job Eric!

Had to go back twice oil change leaked first time had a slight problem with engine light coming on but the other location in Hueytown resolve the leak but got to go to dealer to check light still on

I went in for a tune up and squeaky belt. They were recommended to me by my tow truck driver. He did not exaggerate, they truly are awesome mechanics and do excellent work. They have great prices and dont try to upsell you. I wasnt made to feel like I was gullible. I honestly recommend them and from now on this will be the only place I use ! I wish I had caught my mechanic s first name but his initials on my receipt are DG. I will definitely look for him from now on. Thankyou guys for your hard work !

Usually I get awesome service but today not so much I came in to get my brakes done, the guy told me to park and go inside to wait for a quote, next thing i know another car has pulled in and he is working on that vehicle while mine just sat there. I ask whats going on he quotes me 180 then told me it would be 45mins then walked away and continued to work on the vehicle that pulled in after me. Only after speaking with the manager did I find out they were waiting on brakes to b delivered. Its to hot for that! So I took my money yo precision!

I ALWAYS receive wonderful service. I was concerned about the air filter explained my concern to the tech. Checked it out for me and did my oil change. I cant remember his name but it was 11/5/2021 about 1ish. 1st car area. Great guy!!!
