Usually this facility hums right along with activity and trucks are unloaded in under an hour but today the management has decided NOT to get some day labor forklift drivers here to help out with the extra volume of incoming freight.Instead we are being detained up to 3 hours to get unloaded as the forklift drivers are given double duty inside the warehouse.Usually this is a GREAT place to come and get unloaded quickly.Not today....

Got here about an hour before appointment. Docks were full with an additional truck waiting. Was told to park next to guy waiting and to not block incoming vendor trucks. Took about 4 hours to get unloaded. Seemed like everyone was running around doing their own thing and there was no communication

Been sitting here in a door for four hours and still havent been unloaded. I wouldnt come here if I was you

Very poor Customer service, employees doing whatever they want to. Managers no where to find them. Deliveries not following schedules. Reps no placing the orders, I missed my orders 2 times last week and the week before. If you are trying to go out of business, you are doing a great job. I am wondering how many customers are in the same situation

Plenty of room to back Into docks friendly staff, but no overnight parking

Easy to get in and back to docks. Friendly people that unloaded me quickly.

In/out under 1 hour. Very easy backing up to the dock.

One word slooow! 5 hours to get unloaded. Another place I hope and pray 🙏 i never come back to!

Friendly staff, easy docks...2 hours to unload

No over night parking. They can unload quick if they have to.

Truckers be ready to kill all your hours of service when deliver to this place.... bad bad unloading process!!!!
