My dad has known Scott for years and was quick to send me his way when I told him I needed brakes. I was also hearing an awful sound coming from the rear of my car when driving on the highway and was afraid I needed a lot more than just new brakes. I was happy that it was just new rotors and brake pads at a very affordable price! My dad’s exact words to me when dropping off my car were, “Go ahead and tell them to get started on whatever the issue is and not to even worry about calling with a quote first. If they say you need something done to your car, then you NEED it. They’re as trustworthy as it gets.” He was so right! Highly recommend these guys!!

My experience is great.. my problem is with the uncleanliness of the Facility it looks like it had not been cleaned in months.. Dust, dirt, trash underneath chairs, old magazines.. the CDC would not be happy with what I see .. this is what customers see as they wait for their vehicle.. not pretty..

They dont try to sell me things I dont need and they SHOW me why I need what they say I need. I had a 7:30 AM Saturday appointment and they were ON TIME. I was in and out with 4 new tires in well under an hour. Ive been coming here for a few years and plan to continue.

Excellent service! I made an appointment to put two new tires and get a front end alignment. I walked in for my Saturday appointment (a few minutes early) and was greeted with a smile and them quickly looking up my appointment info. They took my keys and about an hour later (it honestly felt shorter than that) they gave me a call to come pick it up. When I came to pick up my jeep I noticed that all my tires now had tire shine. That was a minor detail but that was really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great customer service as well as speedy service. 5 stars well deserved.

Wonderful place to get Tires, Great Services, friendly environment, I would go back again.

Had to carry my truck right back after having a master cylinder installed and the pedal started going back down again so I had to carry it back and let them check and fix a couple of things that should have been done the first time. I feel like these mechanics are not as professional as they should be and they get in too much of a hurry to thoroughly check things out and do what needs to be done. I would highly recommend going to Harris Automotive in Irondale on Highway 78. You may have to leave your vehical there for a couple days and theyre a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, Ive never had to go back for the same problem twice, they do it right the first time and they check everything thoroughly

This place is great! After feeling like I was being taken advantage of at Firestone, I was referred to this place. They were awesome. Gave me multiple options, with the prices. Once I had selected the tires I was able to afford, they had me ready in less than hour. I will never use the other places. Eastern Tire will always be my tire place for as long as Im living in the Birmingham Area.

I found Eastern Tire about six years ago. Another tire company had told me that two new tires would be $800 dollars. Eastern Tire had the exact same tires for $426 dollars. Never looked back. Ive been a loyal customer since that day of discovery. I had a flat tire Monday, they fixed it for free.

Price quoted was the price I paid. Appointment time was at 7:30 a.m. I arrived at 7:45 a.m. I was promptly checked in, my vehicle taken to the service area, set of tires installed and balanced and I was out of the door by 8:30 a.m. Now thats service!

Bought tires from here and had tires rotated and balanced,come to find out that a center cap was damaged and they had glued the center cap in the wheel without informing me.The center cap has fallen out and they want me to buy another one at my own expense.This company is the only company that services my tires and this is bad business.
