Had to get a tire patched on a Sunday. Chris was very helpful in facilitating this. I had to leave the tire with them on account of other work they were doing. But I can back at the end of the day and the tire was patched professionally. The service got me going before the work week.

Was greeted as soon as I walked through the doors by a friendly employee whom later made me feel like family. Had a wonderful experience! John was the amazing employee turned family I was speaking of. Brake jobs take time but conversation with him made it fly. Very knowledgeable person as well and great at his job. I’d recommend to friends and family!!

My experience at Mavis was wonderful!! I called and the manager was extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone. The quote was significantly cheaper than the competitors! I arrived shortly after speaking with them, and my car was taken back to get serviced immediately! The waiting area was super clean and kid-friendly for my wild toddler. Excellent customer service!! Had a tire incident on I-59 Saturday night. Had car towed to Mavis in Trussville. John went out of his way to locate replacement tires for me and had my car ready on Sunday even though we had no appointment. Highly recommend John and his team at the Trussville location!

If it’s time for your foreign car’s routined maintenance and don’t want to pay over the top prices at the Dealer. I suggest that you bring your car in to this location and ask to speak to store manager Chris. One stop shop for anything your foreign automobile will need. You won’t be disappointed

Just had my car checked for squealing brakes. Found out the original brake pads and shoes were still on the car from 2004. Excellent service from the front to the mechanic. Would recommend this shop for all your car needs. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I came in as a woman, alone, and they never once try to up sell me or sell me something I didn’t need. In fact they told me to take my vehicle back to the dealership bc it was still under warranty. I was already aware but I wanted to make sure it was safe for me to drive that far. The man, I don’t know his name, drove my car to make sure it was safe. It ended up being nothing tire related at all. The customer service was great! If I lived closer I would be back here anytime I needed work done!

John is the absolute BEST! He has taken care of me and my girlfriend many times by always going above & beyond your typical level of quality service. Even just today I needed help removing overtightened/stuck lugs nuts on my car (actually broke a sweat trying to remove them myself with a standard lug wrench). He told me to just swing on by and hell loosen them and re-torque them properly. I wasnt buying any tires or needing any work done. I just needed little help and he knocked it out for me. That type of personal touch is exactly why Id even drive out of my way and follow him to any store hes at just to deal with John. Thanks for all you do!!

My orginal review was 5 stars. This location has given me the runaround, lied and mislead me for 4 weeks now. It seems to be manager against manager, with one manager constantly blaming the other for the misinformation you are given. I have rescheduled 3 times. Told that I would be scheduled on a Saturday when there would be there to do all the services I needed. When I arrived, I was told I had been scheduled for Wednesday and not Saturday. I had received an email informing me I was scheduled for Saturday. I have been told so many different stories that I cant keep up. I can not in good conscious recommend this location any longer.

I had some work done a few days ago and I just wanna say, I am very please with the work. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They took care of me and everyone was super friendly. Olivia was super nice and very helpful! 10/10 will definitely come back and recommend to friends!!

I went there on a day when only one employee, the mechanic, and the assistant manager (a woman) were there and the assistant manager was assisting the mechanic in changing tires, balancing, rotating. Apparently, none of the staff had shown up so they were running the show. But, they ran that place beautifully despite the crisis! Celeste, the assistant manager, even offered to loan me car so that I could go back home to sit with my mom, who has Parkinsons. That wasnt necessary, but just the idea that shed allow me to use her car so that I wasnt inconvenienced was amazing. Now THAT is customer service. Despite her having a REALLY BAD DAY she was nice, polite, and professional, and my car drives great! Mavis Tires & Breaks has earned my business for life.Honestly, that woman should be running the whole darn company.-Chris

My grandmother brought her car up to this location a few weeks ago and I must say, she was super happy with it feeling like a brand new car again. She needed new brakes and tires and she is in heaven. She doesnt have long to live and she was just over joyed when I came to visit her. I went yesterday for new tires and the wait was long with an appointment but the customer service was great and made up for it. There was an issue with one of my new tires and they did everything they could to fix it. In a situation where I could have easily been upset, they’re customer service made up for it once again. This place was suggested to me by a friend. First trip they charged me twice the quote. Second trip they botched the entire appointment after a 60+ mile drive and an additional 20 minute wait.

Brought my vehicle in to get the wheels swapped out on my tires. When I left my 2020 suv rode like it was fresh out of the junk yard. The whole dash was rattling and the car was shaking. I called back and they told me to bring it back. I had already been up there for 3 hours, that was more than enough time to get the job finished correctly.
