I wanted to buy a bridal shower gift from a local, small shop instead of from a big box retailer. I ordered a gift to be delivered to the bride since I live in a different state, selected the gift wrap and delivery option. I found out after the bridal shower that Table Matters sent a gift card to the bride instead. This has to be the most impersonal bridal gift I have ever given to a close family friend. I was excited to buy a one of kind item for them to enjoy for years to come. Instead, they received a gift card for an odd amount. Extremely disappointed!

They have a great selection and I shop there frequently but the staff isnt friendly at all so I prefer Brombergs. They have a lot of similar options.
